Come feel at home in a small town, good-eatin' place.
One of the best places for breakfast in the area! It has a wonderfully nostalgic atmosphere, quick and friendly service, regardless of how busy they are, and delicious food.
I love this place. It felt like home to me. The server was very attentive and very nice. They help each other in a lot of ways. Very nice to see. One thing caught my eye. I looked to my right and seen a woman and I was in awww. I witnessed her with her eyes closed and head bowed and hands locked together. My heart immediately was overjoyed. . She looked so much like my mom.. I most definitely will go back.. a huge blessing for me.. thank you
The coffee shop is a staple in the community. While most of Sylva is changing and businesses come and go, the coffee shop has stayed. It hasn’t changed since I was 3 years old, and it doesn’t need to. That’s how good it is, the food and the people are incredible.
I've been there 4 times so far every time I have had great service and great food. Hard to find a good place to eat anymore. Thank you for being such a grea place
Food came out cold and I mean everything
A great little diner that has been around since the 20's! A wonderful small town feel. Great service, food and prices!! The kids pancakes are huge with 2 pieces of bacon. I loved the biscuit and gravy too. It is a popular place and can get busy but I don't like the wait times are long at all. To Try it, you won't be disappointed.
It was terrible! Hamburger steak fry. Mash potatoes were awful but I give 1 star only because the green beans were edible. Never eat there ever again. Nasty
A long-standing and phenomenal restaurant. The food here is unbeatable.
If you are looking for a traditional coffee shop, this is it!! It has been an icon for years. 💕
Good meal, basic diner food.
Friendly service, good food, clean restrooms. Hit all the spots for a traveler. The gravy was good, the steak, though on the smaller side, was tasty as well. The grits were grits & my coffee was always full. Not a bad place for breakfast.
This meal was so so. Bacon cooked to much ... gravy didn't have flavor.
great breakfast great services
The food was horrible my wife got extremely sick after eating at the coffee shop my daughter got extremely sick also this is not right to bring raw food out and have hair in are food the biscuits and gravy was cold as ice when brought to us we will never come back to the coffee shop hair in are food and bugs running across the floor the waitress we had was very rude she snatched our menus out of our hands and I will not go back there and I do not recommend this place to eat at its not child friendly place
Staff was friendly and did a great job. We had breakfast and the food was average. Seating may be an issue for a larger party...6+...but a good place to eat.
Love Love Love this place for breakfast! Its friendly charming delightful. The people that work there amazing nice sweet relaxed. My daughter and I hit this place any time we go this direction, and always around my birthday Aug.5th. They make me feel like family! Huggs to yall! Love yas! X0
Had breakfast country fried steak and gravy grits and bacon yes the staff is always friendly here but they are pre-cooking the bacon then deep frying it to order(nasty) The country fried steak was just OK and the gravy I would not recommend hate giving this place a bad review last year I loved it let’s just say they could probably use some newer equipment in the kitchen area behind the counter
Decent food, a little too pricey for a normal 2 eggs and a meat.
My father's favorite "greasy spoon" Great staff Great owners! If you want a classic American owned family restaurant! I highly recommend you get your belly full there!💯
