Only drank the iced coffee but it was thin and bland, tasting very watered down. I imagine a hot coffee would be better but for the price the iced coffee was very underwhelming.
We stopped by after a day trip to Sunset Beach and it was the perfect place to grab an afternoon cup of coffee! I had the white chocolate coffee and it was delicious! The service was prompt and staff was friendly! We will definitely be stopping back by on our next trip to Sunset Beach!
If you're looking for a great coffee in the area go to Wrightsville Beach, NC Adapt kitchen and Juice Bar. 32 N Lumina Ave. You'll get the best coffee on the coast
After walking for like half an hour to get to this place for a coffee and some food (our car broke down at the house and we have no transport… or food right now), turns out they’re not open today. Their listing on here says they are though. I really wish they would have listed this correctly.
What a gem!! We stopped for coffees this morning and this little coffee shop is simply the best. Coffees were amazing (americano and latte) and the people working there are so so very nice! They accommodated our nut allergy without missing a beat. We will definitely be back! :)
Super friendly staff. There espresso drinks were super over extracted and bitter even in a latte. There other drinks looked good, but I would avoid the espresso.
Cute little coffee shop, yummy coffee and super friendly staff. We also rent our bikes here!

Great place for coffee! I highly recommend stopping in Costal Grounds if you are near Sunset beach, you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars hands down.

Came by a couple mornings on our beach trip the coffee was great and friendly staff
We went as a group on a couple occasions and tried a peach-mango smoothie, a coffee of some kind (not my drink), and a frappe--which was made with ice cream! Everything was delicious and the staff were all SO nice and friendly. They had a fun blackboard wall that visitors could sign too!
Service was great and workers were very sweet! My iced chia was made from a tea bag and was basically iced milk. The doughnut was stale too :( I wanted to love it, but just couldn’t.
I 💕 coffee!🤷🏽♀️….Had me a frappe made with real coffee… loved it so much went back the next day🥰…. My children loved the milkshakes and ice cream😋. We also rented bikes for 1 hr to ride along the beach for 10 bucks! Really enjoyed that!! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patiently helped us out of town folks with our order😆 ❤️Coastal Grounds☕️

The staff was so nice and friendly and the coffee is SO GOOD. Highly recommend the iced caramel latte. And it’s right by the beach!

Decided to take a walk to visit Coastal Grounds, and absolutely loved the experience. Kind staff, delicious options, good location. Very much enjoyed our visit and will absolutely be back.
Checked out coastal grounds yesterday morning for the first time. It was great. They have some outdoor seating which is neat. Staff was super friendly and they have ice cream which is great for kids. I had a red eye and it was tasty. They also have good hours and you won’t have to rush to get over there.
