Staff I'd friendly
Poor quality of product and very unwilling to accommodate modifications for drinks. Overall poor attitude from employees and management. More expensive than Starbucks and Dunkin for the small menu. All food items are frozen.

Went around 8:30pm and ordered 2 coffees. Went around to the window and tried to pay with a $100 bill. The lady at the window informed us they do not accept those. We could see they already had our coffee made because they were sitting on the counter beside the window. My husband asked her what they would do with them and the lady said “probably throw them out”. So instead of just taking the 100 you would rather throw 2 perfectly good coffees away? 🥴
Had no idea about this place until we looked up coffee around the area when we were in Smithfield but Man oh Man what gem to find.

Absolutely love the matcha green tea smoothie!…this location is very convenient for me and has the friendliest staff…bonus is that this franchise is veteran owned and I love supporting local, veteran owned businesses!
Wife turned me on to this place and I will say gives Starbucks a run for their money.
Stopped in on a road trip 1/26/23. The coffee wasn't bad, I had an iced Caramelicious. The cinnamon roll was delicious, blueberry muffin tasted like a cornbread muffin with blueberries, though. Overall, it wasn't terrible but I don't think I'd order food again unless I were really in a pinch.
Best place in JoCo to get coffee.. plus they are always super nice.
I usually go to Starbucks, but I decided to switch it up and go to Scooter's. The price of Scooter's coffee was actually more than Starbucks and it was pretty bland. Their cookies taste like regular homemade cookies I can make at home. Probably will not return.

Had the Peanut Butter power smoothie 🧋, has vanilla protein powder in 🤤 tastes like a peanut butter cup, staff was super helpful 💯 and willing to help seen as it was my first time going! Hubby had coffee he stated best coffee ☕ he has ever had 👍we will be back!!!!!
