The most NY bagel shop I've been to outside of NY. 5 out of 5.
Been a 30+ year customer. Great food but half of our takeout order was missing, we should have double checked the order, too.
100% better quality and service than BD in calabash. It's worth the drive.

Best breakfast in the area, in my opinion. I love the toasted Black Russian bagel with bacon, over-medium egg and American cheese. I’ve tried other items too and they have all been delicious. This is just my go-to. I don’t usually take pictures of my food but this is worthy. Also, if I’m out of my coffee, their coffee is the only restaurant coffee I like. The staff is super friendly too, which is a huge plus!

I love the Egg everything bagels. They are hard to find and it’s great that they have them. All the homemade cream cheese look great, my wife enjoyed the pumpkin flavor. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the lack of seating. There’s 2 high top tables that have 2 seats each, 2 tables with 4 seats and one picnic table inside that seats 6. For a total of 14 seats. They have a huge patio space out front, hopefully soon they will have some tables out there.
Went once and we're hooked. Best coffee around and you won't believe the quality, taste, and freshness of the food. The staff is friendly and do they know their stuff! I had the Hungry Man breakfast bagel on wheat. You had better be hungry if you order that! As a rule I don't care for bacon, but I ordered it the way they make it before making changes. Best dang bacon I ever ate in my life! If all bacon was like that, I would be a fan. I'll be getting it the way they make it with no changes. My wife ordered extra veggie cream cheese on her first one and couldn't finish it. Trust me, it comes with a gracious plenty. I'm out of town this week, but she has been back every day since we tried it. Comparable pricing and unique freshness make this my only place for bagels.
