I visited during the cheerwine festival and tried their cheerwine coffee (which was super good by the way) and the atmosphere seemed super welcoming, and they even had a board so people in less fortunate situations could get a free coffee! Loved my first visit!
I love going there
The chai latte IS the best latte I've ever had anywhere! We also had a cheese Danish, apple Danish (both delicious) and some kind of caramel I think machiatto? Hot coffee, everything was superb! When we come back through Salisbury we will visit again, ciao😊
Service was awesome. Super sweet staff.
Despite not being busy, my order took almost 15 minutes for a sandwich. However, the young employees were polite and professional. Also, there are photos of "transgender" people all across the wall. With no offense to any individuals, this is blatant political propaganda, and coffee shops don't need to advocate for radical politics of any kind. Food should speak for itself!
the coffee is really good quality. If you pass through the area and want to try a good coffee, make a stop at this place.
Had the guat’s up breakfast, simple awesomeness. This place is what a coffee shop should be, thanks for a lovely meal!
Really good coffee and food here!
It was very comfortable and the coffee was fantastic.
Mean Mug is an incredible family owned business, with amazing customer service. Everyone is always super friendly and willing to help. The food and drinks are just as amazing as the people.
Best coffee in town! Mrs. Medina is the greatest!
Consistently good service. Tasty iced coffee and sandwiches. Not a fan of their pastries, though, but that's me. Overall, great place. I enjoy my time there.
The best coffee ever test (Guatemala coffe)
Best local coffee in Salisbury. Their breakfast menu is great.
POST COVID UPDATE: I've made a point of visiting numerous times now that retail establishments are operating post-pandemic. I've gotten great drinks, good service and had some wonderful conversations with the staff. I'm updating my rating to reflect the experience I've had recently. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I'm not giving a 1 star review out of respect for the fact that I never got to try any beverage or food. I walked in and within 2 minutes of standing in the short line I'd seen so many errors, poor customer service, unfulfilled online orders, etc, I made the wise decision to turn around and leave. I don't know why anyone would visit here when you can walk down the hill and go elsewhere. EDIT: In reply to the owner response: I thought through my review for hours before posting, edited it numerous times and gave a 2 star review instead of the 1 star I was initially inclined to all in the interest of being as fair but honest as possible. As a business owner myself, I value critical reviews as one of my best tools for growth. I would kindly suggest the same for you. Thanks for the blessing. I’m certainly blessed beyond what I deserve!
Super nice staff nice and peaceful vibes along with great food and coffee
My Mocha Frappuccino was yummy.
Bagels are store bought. Employees were lethargic and don’t know the menu. Online menu descriptions need commas so customers don’t drive out of their way to be disappointed (it’s turkey, bacon, & egg NOT turkey bacon & egg!). Coffee was okay, but not outstanding. Ended up throwing the sandwich away and going to Panera Bread.
Very friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. We were driving through town and it was worth the detour to walk the small downtown and enjoy good coffee. I had a lavender vanilla iced latte that was very good. Definitely recommend.
Glad to see Salisbury has a coffee shop but not much of a vibe going on. Few artist wares on the wall for sale but place just seemed old and messy
