The drinks were good, the food was alright, but we got our food at such disparate times, despite being ordered at the same time. Made dining as a family a little challenging.
I like this place. Good place to grab a cup of coffee and work or have a meeting.
This is my local coffee spot. When I first moved to the area I didn't expect a decent coffee shop, but I was absolutely blown away by the coffee here. They are true coffee scientists!
Please put your menu for food and drinks somewhere?! Google, your website, Instagram, anything.

I've been on a quest to ensure I review the small local restaurants and coffee shops I visit that have excellent because my goodness I have not had great experiences from large chains (taco bell down the road literally locks their customers out when they get busy 🙃). Black and White is amazing they always have been the selections are wonderful, the vibe is perfectly calm and modern, and this location has food too that it's DELICIOUS. On top of it all they are all SO nice! Please come support this local business you will not leave disappointed.
I actually thought about this for a couple days before I wrote this review. I went in with my friend a couple days ago and totally did not read the sign on the door that said that the kitchen closed at two. We arrived at 2:10 and I asked for the avocado toast and he said the kitchen closed and I laughed at myself because I should’ve read the sign. I went on to order a caramel latte. The flavors were not listed on the big sign with the lattes but rather a little sign on the counter that was flipped so only the cashier could see them. Once he told me he didn’t have them I jokingly said “you’re killing me smalls” which he replied with “ I don’t see how this is my fault considering you clearly don’t know how to read and should’ve done your research before you walked into our shop“ I was very taken back and instead of sitting down and enjoying our coffee we took our coffee to go. The coffee was fantastic but the service was unacceptable

I always enjoy myself and my beverage. Food is good, coffee is fabulous. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

The sandwich I ordered was very good and tasty. The reason I gave 3 stars is because a worker (young man) was refilling bottles and probably spilled some on his shoes. He wiped his shoes off and with the same rag wiped the bottles and counter. Not very happy to see that, I might not return.

The coffee and food is great but service tends to be slow and 7/10 out pick up order is wrong or not made. Definitely prefer the Wake Forest location for their service and promptness.

I go here often, the staff are friendly and the coffee is quality fare. Only reason I have to ding one star is once in a great while they'll serve something stale (avocado toast is best served green, not brown) and you have to watch out for it because who wants to sort that stuff out when you're on a schedule. I think that was just a momentary lapse though. Sometimes they run out of room too, but what popular coffee shop doesn't.
