Very busy location. Hard to get in and out the parking lot. Food was good and hot and they also had great customer service

This location has gotten to the point I won’t be going back. They have an employee take your order as soon as you pull in the parking lot before you ever get to the menu. Then have to wait in a line that wraps around the building causing traffic problems over 30 minutes, only for them to have you pull up after the window and wait more just to get your order wrong. No receipt so I ended up paying for food we didn’t receive. Because there is no going back through that line. If you have to go in anyway because they left something out, what’s the point of even having a drive thru? Their food is ok but nowhere near worth the trouble of dealing with their nightmare drive thru. Biscuitville has gotten so corporate, they don’t care about their customers or the employees or else they’d fix these issues.

I liked their service and most of all the food.

Service is suffering since obvious staffing changes. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. The sausage was slightly overcooked but overall ok. Service time is the biggest issue at this location.

Wonderful experience people are so friendly and welcoming.I stop by there and get my sausage and gravy platter every saturday.and the strawberry pancakes are so damn good.

Awesome chicken club biscuit! Stay is friendly and helpful. Orders mainly from driver thru when getting off work in the morning. Haven't had a order wrong or food missing yet! Around 7:00 a.m. to 7:15, usually you can go straight there and maybe a car being front of you at the speaker. But after quarter to 8:00 and 8:00 there's a line around the building almost twice. But the place moves really really fast. That line moves faster than most single line. Fast food restaurants. The employees are always polite and respectful and I have yet to receive a impact order or an order that's missing something. So far they're 100% in my book. On a side note, I've never been there past 11:00 a.m. it's usually always between 7:15 and 9:00 a.m. 10 am a couple times.

Very Tasty food. Friendly service. Closes after 2pm or 3pm, can't remember which.

They took my order but it didn't go through so by the time I got all the way to the front of the line they didnt have my order, they had to retake it. not once was I told sorry about the situation, I get stuff happens just take a little bit of time to apologize for the inconveniences. Be sides that we love the place

Driving south from Pennsylvania. I always say you know you are in the south when you find a good ham biscuit.

Very crowded and no room to park or sit at some times.
