A perfect local coffee spot!

I liked it ok Nice home town atmosphere Ordered based on past review recommendations but wasn't really overwhelmed Certainly not crossing it off my go to list but hope future visits will change my opinion

Charming local Coffee Co located in the heart of Mt Holly. They have several different offerings of coffee and chai, along with some bakery goods that will accompany your dose of caffeine. Lots of comfortable places in the store to sit and enjoy your cuppa.
Great coffee and super friendly staff. They play a great mix of 80's music, which I love. The doughnut truck makes a regular visit as well.

I stopped in to Carawba Coffee for a hot chocolate. I was greeted promptly with a smile. As stated my hot chocolate was hot and chocolaty with whipped cream topping. It was an hour before closing and I had some work to do. I asked the batista if she was closing early and if she needed me to leave. With a smile she said they stay open until closing time.

Starbucks could never... I've been going here for more than five years and I don't even live in the town any more! Catawba coffee opened in one spot on main street and has since been able to move to a larger spot around the corner. The atmosphere is charming and cozy. The service is always polite and prompt. The drinks are creative and delicious! To top it off, the owner is such a sweetheart, I'm always touched when I come home for the holidays and she still remembers me. Go for the coffee, the culture, all of it!
There just is no other coffee shop for us! We love Irene and Joe and all the great baristas that serve our community of Mount Holly. Friendly faces, great conversations and deliciously crafted coffees a-plenty at Catawba Coffee. Great selection of baked goods too! HIGHLY Recommend!
