Blue Collie is a small town cafe with so much charm run by folks who love what they do. Plus they offer a great selection of food beyond the typical pastries. Speaking of pastries, I'm not sure who makes their pastries, but they are rather outstanding. It should also be noted that the cafe sits in a fun district that includes bars, restaurants, an art gallery, and more. Louisburg may be a small town, but it has a lot to offer. Recommend.
Wonderful staff and shop. Always happy to support local businesses, especially those that make a point to employ those with special needs.
We stopped in today with our puppy and were delighted. We love our coffee shops and have been to quite a few. Having recently moved into the area we are looking for our new coffee spot and this is it. Their drinks were very well done, their baked goods were delicious and they were very accommodating of our new puppy. We would highly recommend you stop in and we’ll definitely be back!
Great coffee. Unique pastries fresh from a local bakery. Pleasant service. A nice community gathering place.
We stopped by this little town on our travel and it’s probably one of the most inviting and welcoming coffee shop we’ve ever been too. Great atmosphere and the owner was really kind. The coffees and the breakfast was also wonderful.
What a sweet little shop! I stopped in with my 3 kiddos this week and we had a delicious treats & drinks. Service was great, highly recommend!

I'm normally a Starbucks person, but it's not always convenient to get to one, especially when I work from home. Came across Blue Collie today while running an errand this morning and so glad I did! Their lattes are great, so happy to have a local shop to support and to feed my caffeine addiction with!

My daughter and I are at home sick. We looked thru the available choices on door dash and blue collie is the closest to my house so we decided that’d work. We were told it’d be about 25 min. 20 min later we were told Mickey would be at our house in 5-8 min. 20 more min later it said “your order is canceled you money will be refunded. “ wow! That’s all I have to say! So it took an hour for you to decide not to come 4 blocks up the street? Never again…..
Was in town for the Christmas parade. Stopped in to get a coffee. I got and Americano and the wife got a hot chocolate with marshmallows. The coffee was super as was the hot chocolate. The folks running the place were super nice and friendly. I'll stop in again when I'm back in town
A lovely little shop filled with the aroma of coffee and cookies. The staff's pleasant demeanor made me feel right at home. A quality cup of coffee that won't hurt your wallet. I highly recommend this shop.

I'm new to the area and came across this shop, I'm so happy that I did, I had a vanilla frappe that was delicious and some pastries that were amazing!! Ill definitely be back and will be taking my wife as well! Stop in if you have the chance
