Great place - Diner Style and super good south foods. Usually always busy , but worth any wait. Well known locally and employees friendly and great at keeping people moving in and out. LOVICKS /LOVE IT!!

Iconic cafe across from mother earth brewery in Kinston. Home of the famous dough boy burger. A must stop for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is served normally until 1:30.

Omg! This was my first taste of Lovicks and they did not disappoint. I had the Hobo plate and it was anything but "hobo". The eggs, cheese, sausage mixture and hot biscuit with the buttertook me back to childhood. It's a slam dunk for me!

The food was awesome I got a chicken filet biscuit with order of butter grits for breakfast and didn't pay no more than $5 and some change

The best of the best. If you are visiting Kinston you have to eat at Lovicks. Old time cafe setting with great people all around. Workers and patrons. Steve and Christina are a true asset to this community. Did I mention the food is outstanding and prices are very fair?
