This place is very clean, they always have the latest and greatest vapes out with all kinds of flavors also the drive through is very convenient would recommend 10/10 .

How is this place even legal???! Mocha joes was our favorite coffee shop before we left 3 years ago. We come back, saw it was a coffee and smoke shop which seemed exciting to us and of course couldn’t wait to have a blended Avalanche, however it is purely a smoke shop WITH NO COFFEE!!!! The window says “free WiFi- fresh coffee served all day” False advertisement, lack of cleanliness, lack of professionalism, absolutely no coffee, and definitely not a place we would want to sit and use WiFi if they even had it. They need to change their name. Horrible experience and will not return.
This place sells vape to 14 and 15 year old kids. The police are watching and so are we. Under the table deals. No receipt. No camera. No evidence. The kids know they can buy from this place. Working with local officials to shut this place down.
If you want a quick smoothie or a delicious coffee, i would stop by here. They made a dou of a coffee and vape shop which is kind of interesting. The spotlight comes fron their beverages. Come here before work and youll be satisfied with your day. Justin S. T.
Delicious coffee! Unbelievable prices for Kratom and CBD
I loved this coffee shop growing up. It's where i had my daddy daughter dates where he taught me Sudoku, where I would meet my mom and sister for coffee. Hell I'd even walk down to it with my dog and roommate or boyfriend. Everything about the place was amazing and cozy and exactly what you would want for a coffee shop. Then it was bought out by a new owner. At first everything was fine and still the same. give it some time and now its another tobacco shop like Jacksonville needed another one. I can no longer go there with my family and spend time there with them. I can't even stomach going back yet because i cant get over the fact that there is a bunch of tobacco products around my coffee and it not appealing anymore.
Please have new owner take down name. I went in today with my young daughter and was so upset by what I saw. Name is still the same, all drinks and signs for coffee shop are still the same as original owner but is now accompanied by tobacco, hookah and MANY more products that I don't want to be around and DEFINITELY don't want my daughter around. Absolutely awful! Downgraded this once nice place and are using the original name and products to falsely lure in clients. This is completely a smoke shop now.
So this USED to be a cute cozy neighborhood coffee spot, walked in last week and it is now barely a coffee stand and mostly a vape shop. No food on menu anymore, no couches, etc.... Not same atmosphere at all, felt like I was walking into a big city smoke shop. Never going again.

Moka Joe’s is amazing!!! I love to get the fresh croissants with egg and cheese and a cream soda in the mornings! I am one of the many regulars they have! Everything is freshly made to order and the coffees and cream sodas are amazing! They also have great smoothies!! The staff is wonderful and always kind, cheerful, and friendly!❤️❤️
I am sad to see Moka Joe’s shut down, though as a former employee I’m not surprised. I started working there under the previous owners who’d had the business for a decade before they sold it earlier this year. The quality and standards were excellent, and I worked really hard to maintain that after the new owners took over. But the complete lack of care on the part of the new owners caused me to quit, and I wasn’t surprised to see how bad it had become. I’m sorry to all the regulars who lost their wonderful coffee shop. And I’m sorry to the newcomers who were expecting an exceptional experience. It really used to be a great place. RIP Moka Joe’s.
I have to put one star because i stopped there today, sunday 10-28 and there was a signed posted on the door closed by order of the health dept.! I sure hope they can clean up their act and reopen.
I have been going to this establishment for many years and the last 5 visits in 2 months have been absolutely horrible. The kids working have no idea how to make anything. And they are a little pricey so what it cost plus tip I want my drinks to taste right. I will not go back that’s for sure
Can I give no stars? After calling ahead for two bags of coffee for out of town guests and being assured it was there in abundance, we drove down there on the way elsewhere. We had an infant with us. One person ran in and a HALF HOUR later, emerged with......no coffee. One super slow employee. No inside customers. Every time a drive through customer came up, they had to be langorously waited on FIRST, no matter how long the order. Finally, she giggles that there is no vortex coffee, my bad. Promised to have the owner bring our order in later that day and call us. You guessed it. No call. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Love the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and caramel macchiato! I've been here twice in the past week during my visit to Jacksonville!
