This place is great. We really enjoy their coffee, food, and the overall atmosphere. The patio out back and the little huts are our favorites. It's quiet, and you really can't beat it on a day with nice weather.

Amazing coffee! Must try their waffles! They roast in house, and we had a pour over which was one of the best cups of joe Ive ever had. Also got an iced latte which was also great. Super sweet baristas and a more than welcoming environment. Plenty of seating outside, great place for a quick snack and meeting with friends.

This is the only great coffee shop I’ve been able to find here. Everything I’ve tried was amazing, the people are super sweet, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Coffee and service were good. Lots of flies inside and around the seating

This is a place for coffee and tea afficienados. They study best practices and formulas for each type/use and do it right. Not bulk brewed. They were open to my request for a pour over red-eye and it was spectacular. Best coffee on our southeast coast trip. And....the waffles rock!

Milk road? More like avoid this place and go anywhere else road am I right?? $7 watered down drinks that taste terrible, staff that seems annoyed you even came in and no seating makes this place the top of don’t go here. I’d rather pogo stick across the bridge for half the day trying to get to Starbucks than go back here.

Probably one of the best coffee shop in town, would always come back for more when I’m craving for a fresh hot coffee.

What a fantastic little coffee shop to find. They have a lot of flavors, and they take a lot of pride for their coffee. They also have a lot of dog treats for your pets and our dog friendly! Bernadette really helped me find the perfect drink which was a London Fog latte. I’ve never had something so good. She was so nice and I will definitely be stopping back in here, on my way back into Jacksonville

I love Milk Road. Something for everyone. Nice place outside to enjoy your things, with your pet, kids love the hot chocolate. My daughter says it’s the best. I love the frothed hot drinks, they have dog snacks and great things to take home for the dog. You must try the waffles. Cannot go wrong. I treat my daughter as much as I can but mostly because I like it. Very clean and fun people work here who seem to be very nice. It is a small place, typically not crowded but it could be. I got up to get my coffee and someone took my seat. Not their fault or a big deal. They happen to walk in and just set up. Just kind of weird. Other then that I wish they were open later.

The building, both exterior and interior is super cute. They have a 'backyard' space that is adorable and great for meeting up with friends or even just drinking your coffee in peace. I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short of expectations. Their prices are comparable to other local coffee shops, but their cups are way smaller. We tried two different drinks and they just didnt hit the mark sadly. Ill try them again eventually, but first impression fell short.

Wonderful coffee! I appreciate that they offer soy milk. It can get busy but it is good. I’d recommend.

Poor communication. Girl looked confused when I asked for coffee. Makes sense now, that they sell lattes, all milk, less coffee.

50 minute wait for 2 hot ciders and 3 waffles is ridiculous. The cider was Luke warm at best. Waffles were burnt. Won’t be coming back.

Great place! Coffee is always fresh and made in front of you. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially when you are awestruck by the impressive menu. The atmosphere is very modern and cozy. Pricing is average for modern coffee shops. I'd expect to spend about 6-7 dollars per person.

Great local coffee shop with excellent coffee, and they feature other local artists by having their work for sale up front. I ordered the house-made caramel latte by the baristas recommendation and it was excellent. They have an intimate but wide open space with lots of sunlight and a variety of seating. This is for sure my go-to coffee spot in Jacksonville.

First, this was by far the worse experience and taste of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I do not wish this experience to anyone else. After waiting an hour for my order (two latte’s and one cold muffin) my latte was watered down as if I had order a water cup. My cold muffin was stuck to the white box. By far the worse $18 I’ve ever spent in my life. DON’T COME HERE!

While the coffee was okay, it simply doesn’t justify the outrageous wait times. 35 minutes for 2 iced coffees was just insane. 3 espresso machines and 5 people in front of us, it seemed it should have moved a bit quicker, especially with 3 employees working. We likely won’t return based on the wait times alone.
