I understand they’re a newer location but Starbucks is a brand, everything should be consistent. So it’s frustrating when every order a drink is made differently and incorrectly than the standard and staff will say one thing that isn’t the standard of doing things . I have three stars because when an order was messed up or forgotten item, they’ve always been very sweet and apologetic and fixed it . But I wish they’d ge their training together and get on the same page . Having to come back during a rush to get something remade can be frustrating.
