WAAAAY overpriced. Burgers were good but at $18-19 each, too much. I was even charged $1.99 for a glass of tap water. The service was abysmal. We were the only customers and the waitress wasn't familiar with the menu, failed to offer fries or chips , which were included, told us we had to go get our own bags of chips (could have easily gotten them from the other room herself), never returned to the table. When I wanted a water refill, I finally had to get up and take my glass to the other room and ask if I could please have a drink. Husband wanted tartar sauce for his fish and chips and was told they don't have any. They also had no sweet tea when we arrived at 1:30 p.m. I know they are just getting started, but a little more effort and more realistic prices would have guaranteed our return, as we prefer to patronize locally owned places. All in all, not happy.
Excellent customer service and great coffee! This is one of the hybrid small businesses breathing life back into downtown areas. Well worth the drive into downtown, even if just passing through!

We visited this location of a favorite coffee store in Sneads Ferry, Coffee Haven. This space was comfortable and quaint! We had two delicious panini’s and all 3 of us had coffee drinks - a Salty Beach and Blueberry Cobbler. They also offer flights, where you can taste several of their drinks. Also, The Grazing Table makes wonderful charcuterie boxes, for lunch or snacking. An overall fantastic experience!! Staff was very friendly and restroom were clean!
Incredible! The service was impeccable. My son has nut allergy and they checked every ingredient list to make sure the food was safe for him. I am beyond indecisive when it comes to ordering, and they patiently worked with me to choose the best coffee flight. Obsessed is an understatement. I will definitely be back!
The premier location in downtown. Room for events and food and bar is great. Quaint old downtown location for coffee, drinks and quick food items.

Had a great lunch...the Montana with plantains. The plantains were DELISH: coated in a cinnamon sugar and topped with syrup and pecans. 10/10!
I went here on 07/24/2021. The service was extremely slow the server delivered our food an never really came back apparently they were also out of mushrooms and spinach but he did not tell us so we had an omelet with nothing in it not only that but the food was cold when he did bring it to the table. 10/10 will never eat here again.
Nice atmosphere, good food and efficient staff for only two of them. Made it work and kept a happy attitude with all with being swamped.
Daily Changes and Brunch on Sundays... Scratch Kitchen... Come by when you're downtown and check it out.
I hosted my 38th birthday at this venue, and everything was amazing from the staff, to the food. Big kudos for Jacob and Charlie for making this such a delightful experience. All my guest were highly satisfied with the food, drinks and service!! I will definitely be dining here again soon!
Fantastic customer service, not a fan of the coffee I got. Great location, very clean. I didn’t try their food, so I’m basing my review on what I experienced/tried. They have cocktails as well, and their event area is wonderful!
Food was very good... service was meh. the open dining room has been loud acoustics.
I throughly enjoyed the cuisine. The Chef, talented and humble, has created a remarkable dining experience. We started with apps. Jalapeño Hummis, Quesadilla, lump crab dip. Nothing common about these. After sampling these we were excited to taste our Main dishes. Wow. Biagio's Burger. Amazing. The Alleged Alfredo (add chicken and shrimp) so much flavor. Truly fantastic food.
I got to try their food while working on the floors...had an out of this world experience...worth the trip!!!
We usually love going here, we come here for lunch sometimes. Get the fries!! They're delicious. However, I wanted to order a salad and they charge 4$ for chicken. I was expecting more than just a side salad with 3 thin strips of chicken for $13. It was also drowning in dressing, I had to ask for extra lettuce (which didn't help much) because it was very overwhelming. I was extremely disappointed to pay so much for a tiny salad with croutons and a pinch of cheese. Also, they charge $1 for a cup of water! They don't warn you ahead of time, so we were surprised when we saw another $2 charge, on top of an expensive entree that should have been a side portion.
I came here as a Door Dasher. The order was not received by Biagio's when I arrived, and I was asked to contact the customer to let them know their order was going to take another 20 minutes to prepare. I had the customer's order on my Dasher App, so I was able to relay that to the lovely barista working the floor. In the end I got the correct order, and the customer was happy. The restaurant itself looked nice, and I will probably be back to try their food in the future.
Love the espresso's. Tried the wings(both carolina gold and blackbeard style). Very creamy, incredibly juicy. All in all, awesome. As for the blackbeard style, Spicy with a hint of heat. Compliments to the wing chef. Keep it up. Hope to come back one day.
Saw their post from Facebook for breakfast so decided to go this morning and try their breakfast. I just want to say we were there waiting and sitting long enough to lose our appetite! Some how people who came after us got their food first and then we got our food before someone else who ordered before us, so there is no system when placing your order. We literally say 3 different sets of people walk out because they we’re taking to long to even approach them and offer them drinks!! I myself had to go to front desk and ask for menus for a couple because they had been sitting there for so long, another customer told this same couple “don’t even waste your time, because you will still be waiting!” I understand short staff and having patience but this was beyond short staff and patience. This was just bad customer service all around. The food here is always amazing, but the grits were so hard that I just ate the shrimp and their soda was flat
