Best coffee we’ve had in over four years (since the time I was a barista). The espresso is made perfectly - it is delicate yet rich, smooth and refined. Amazing! Favorite coffee over the 20+ states we’ve been to. Well done to this local coffee shop 👏🏼
Awesome service and great coffee
I am visiting the coffee houses within a 20 minute drive of Granite Falls, NC. The Local Bean had a neutral vibe and plenty of seating. I ordered a cup a joe with a shot of espresso. They do not provide biscotti. The quality of the coffee was passable with no defining notes. The service was pleasant and helpful. Note- this visit was 15 minutes before closing.

Service as sweet as the cinnamon muffin, and as warm and sincere as the tree-of-prayers-and-good-wishes! So glad to have stopped here. Somewhat sad to have to order a half-decaf from such coffee specialists, but it's what was needed. Even so, it was one of the best coffees I've ever had.
We’ll, I’m not going to really mess up their almost perfect rating with my comment, but I did want to inform people who might be hoping for a treat along with their coffee that the only treat that was there when I went (Saturday at 1:00) was ice cream. Looking at the pictures for the shop, I thought I’d be able to get some sort of pastry. I actually drove 20 minutes for this! Maybe they were all out, but 1:00 on a Saturday seems a bit early to me to be out. Plus, I don’t think this should be all in the pics if it won’t be available. With that said, it was a relaxing atmosphere, and the people were friendly, and the coffee I got (toasted marshmallow) was decent (not the best, but ok).
The staff is very friendly and the drinks is great. I just had two drinks but they was delicious 😋
I love everything about what Ben amd Alyssa bring to The Local Bean. This place expressed love, family, and most importantly, the BEST coffee around. 5 stars isn't enough for this place.

This is my favorite local coffee place in the area. Everyone who works there is always so kind. You won't find anything better for the price and efficiency of the drive through for many miles. Love!!!

I love going to local bean. I go there twice a week. I always get their chai tea with pumpkin sauce. It is amazing and the people there are awesome.Definitely recommend going. Love the atmosphere.
