The hot brown sugar latte that i ordered was great; it had lots of flavor, but not too sweet (which is a plus for me)! I could taste the coffee, brown sugar flavor, and the milk; it had a good balance! My husband enjoyed the cold vanilla latte, and the cinnamon sugar muffin that he ordered as well! The barista was very welcoming, kind, and helpful! She had great customer service, and she explained the lattes very well! This place gives me quiet and relaxing vibes! We had to park on one of the side streets, then navigate our way just across the street to access the coffee shop, but it was worth it! Thank you for a great experience! I will be back!
I got a caramel latte that was very good. My mom said the caramel macchiato was the best that she’d ever had.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the environment is fantastic and the coffee is so flavorful and fresh! Will definitely be returning very soon!

The aroma of coffee is intoxicating in there. Our online order was perfectly packaged and ready when I arrived. Staff were friendly and appropriately professional ensuring I picked up the correct order. We were introduced to them via a gift card. What a nice gift! Their regular coffee is superior to most. We will order again.

Ordered a different drink that I didn’t particularly like but Loni (sorry for any misspelling!) did her best to make sure it was something I loved and was super friendly about it!
Freshly roasted coffee that elevates your morning coffee routine. Since switching over to Blackbeards beans I have not been able to go back to regular grocery store coffee and crave my favorite roasts on a regular basis! I highly recommend both Ethiopian roasts— Sidamo & Yirgacheffe as well as the Costa Rican beans. Kind service and good quality pours, can’t ask for more!
Baristas are simply the best. Coffee is always good, never too sweet and never too bitter. Let them know your tastes and they will make you an amazing drink (-:

Once had a five star review on this place, but it is simply not what it used to be. The last time I visited, almost every aspect of the experience was a let down. The cheddar biscuit I ordered was dry, crumbly, and cold, even though they said it would be heated. My coffee managed to somehow be both strong and bitter, yet taste watery. To finish it off, the customer service from the barista/clerk got so awkward that we finally left. It was very disappointing as this used to be my favorite coffee shop and I have been coming here for years.
Best coffee shop in Greenville, easy. Right in downtown, good atmosphere, and good coffee selection to choose from!
