Every time I go here I get excellent service. Friendly staff, good food and drinks plus you don't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get served. I wish their competition could do this.
Got coffee and sat and chatted with a friend. The service was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.
Great atmosphere, always clean and friendly staff. Much better experience for me than Starbucks because there is no drive- thru to back up the inside coffee shop orders. Therefore the service is quicker for a simple cup of coffee.

My second visit to a Caribou Coffee! And it was so good! I've only tried the Hot Turtle Mocha, buts it's delicious!
Stopped by for a decaf espresso today. Ordered a small and received half a cup. When i asked the cashier she stated, "that's how it comes". I do not appreciate ordering a cup and receiving half of what i ordered. The coffee tasted good, so i gave three stars. But the price paid for what was received is not up to par. Do better!
Better and cheaper than Starbucks. The cups don't even fall apart in your lap. Amazing how much people will pay just for a logo on a cup.
Well the moment my daughter entered and sat down at the table while we were ordering at the register she was approached by a manager. He said it's not allowed to bring coffee from outside and without waiting for any response turned his back and went away. We ordered our drinks and cakes and came to know afterwards what has happened. We looked around and were confused as people ate food from outside like sushi and small dinners but they were not bothered by the manager. We decided to take away and go out but then the manager saw it and understood his mistake. He said it's OK for my daughter to keep her drink from outside if we're together. Not any apology or anything...at the moment our evening was ruined as my daughter got so upset. It required only a bit of kindness to resolve the situation, ask for anyhtng to buy or if she is with someone. Well kindness can buy you loyal customers, rudeness will chase them away.
I've officially switched from the mermaid to the moose. Delicious coffee, fast service, and friendly staff. There are plenty of menu options to choose from, and I love that it feels more like our local coffee shop than a chain. I wish I was paid for this review because it sounds fake, but no, I really do just like Caribou Coffee. Thank you to the local staff, keep up the good work.
Sorry yall, l don't have pictures because my sandwich and coffee were very tasty and it didn't last long 😋 (and l forgot)! The line moved quickly and customer service was awesome! Going back very soon...
Love the atmosphere here. I got some oatmilk drink because I'm on a vegan fast for a couple weeks and it was really great. Service was friendly and had a nice little area to sit and read my book while I was sipping my drink. Will definitely return. Only downside is that it's a little small so it can become crowded quickly on busier days.
Always a bit congested inside, but consistently delivers on expectations.
Better than Starbucks because of the atmosphere, coffee, food and overall vibe.

Love it!!! Wish I lived closer because I would be here weekly if I did. The spiced chai tea latta was one of the best I've had in a long time. The customer service was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier was patient and helpful as I decided on my order. There was a chilled vibe that morning as people were reading or on laptops as they sipped on their favorite drink.
Nice ! Pleasant, Funky, coffee shop atmosphere... hot chocolate was good and plenty of parking....vica america! I have lived in several countries. Mainly European.. and I like America and its comforts. Even the bathroom was impeccably clean!
