Always enjoy being at Mason x Main. Have had their breakfast and lunch. Both are delicious! Their coffee is great and their lotus drinks are too. Add a little glitter to the lotus drinks for some flare. The atmosphere is always inviting and just adorably decorated. Staff are always welcoming and polite. A must try and repeat!

Waited over 30 minutes for a bagel and coffee. Seems they're a bit understaffed.

We have been waiting to try this place and once soccer Saturdays ended and the new menu came out - today was the day! It didn't start out well, because our food took a full hour. I'm writing because I was pretty upset and also very hungry, but didn't have to ask for them to make it right - they did right by us and earned our business back before we left - which is just rare. ++ THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. --> THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT!! We both worked in the service industry for 16 years, so we get it and just wanted to say thank you for doing the right thing. That's quality. Got the croissant, waffle, wake up bagel, sausage, bacon, eggs - it was ALL delicious. Keep doing what you're doing. We will be back ✨️ Happy Mother's Day! -The Forghetti Family

Don’t go here. Overpriced burgers that taste cheap and frozen and they don’t even offer fries with burgers. What place sells burgers but no fries? It wouldn’t be as much of an issue if the sides they did have (chips, pasta salad, and coleslaw) were at least decent both in portion and in taste but they are pathetically bad in both. The sides came in comically small plastic cups that you’d typically put condiments in, and they tasted absolutely flavorless. The coleslaw was almost definitely straight out of a bag of mix from the grocery store, didn’t even taste dressed. The pasta salad was also bland. And the breakfast menu? $7.50 for ONE slice of avocado toast…. That is unjustifiable. I would expect yet another new owner soon enough.

I came in for lunch only to find out that the kitchen was closed. I ordered a drink and pastry. The drink was not good. I’m not sure the person making the drink had ever made one of the drinks that I ordered. The pastry was dry and didn’t taste fresh. I was really disappointed. I so want this coffee shop to be successful. I’m hopeful that improvements will be made!

Food was excellent drinks not so much and the teenagers working were talking about my daughter, loud enough for us to hear, because one of them knew her from school. If your staff can't be professional maybe they aren't ready to have an adult job.

Love the vibe of this coffee shop in downtown Franklinton, NC! Perfect for family or business lunches. We had the soup of the day: Brunswick Stew which tasted like fresh ingredients and lightly salted. Not overly salted or canned vegetables. We also had the Herby Turkey Panini which was very good! Mason x Main's food is obviously made to order with quality ingredients and pleasant service. BTW parking is easy in and out for a quick coffee, cycle friendly.

Loved our recent experience at Mason and Main! The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the best part is that they have created a play space complete with kitchen and other toys for kiddos to play with while you’re enjoying your coffee! Can’t recommend enough!!

Love this little coffee shop. They have fantastic drinks and treats. I understand that the old owner sold it a couple months ago and it is under new management and the new owners are so sweet and some of the kindest folks out there. Naturally things will change and ideas will be different and I wish people would support small businesses the way they support big corporations. Lets give this small business the time and support to revamp it into something we all love. Things don’t happen overnight and CHANGE is good! Even if its not broken 👌🏼

Cute little coffee shop in a small town. If you're headed north from Raleigh or Wake Forest and you need some caffeine I highly recommend taking the 5 minute detour to get if here. Had an excellent Mocha (good espresso presence, not overly sweet). Also loved the vibe, this place will brighten any journey up the highway.

I believe this place is under new management so we wanted to give it a try. My fiancé got a vanilla cold brew, and they just poured from a bottle of Califia Farms cold brew (which can be bought at almost any grocery store). The food is also a bit overpriced, we got a bagel with cheese and bacon, and a mason bowl, a small bed of spinach topped with egg and sausage (which tasted like it was previously frozen but I could be wrong). The workers are nice and the aesthetic is very cute, however it was not worth the $30+ in our opinion.
