Ms. Nikki was very nice and made the tea exactly how my mother and I liked it! Definitely a go-to spot for tea/coffee lovers in the downtown area!
I take classes close by and for lunch I head to rude awakening for a coffee or tea. Ive been their twice already and highly recommended going. Downtown Fayetteville is such a nice area to walk through in my opinion & rude awakening just hits the spot. The tenders are friendly, the shop aesthetic is wonderful, and the food/drink is great. 5/5

I absolutely love this spot, it is my favorite place to go get coffee. The staff there are super friendly and I really enjoy going to see my two favorite ladies Nikki and Carrie. No matter what every time I see them I hit them with "Surprise me frozen with whip cream" and they never disappoint me. I've been coming here for years just to see them and I will continue to do so because I have fell in love with the vibe and the people (and the amazing coffee and food they have too lol). This place is the embodiment of love and will always be my quiet happy place ❤️🥰
Very cool atmosphere and friendly staff. I needed a place to work for the afternoon and this was a perfect spot. The food and coffee were delicious as well!
The staff are phenomenal! The food and drinks are delicious, fresh, exciting. Whatever your expectation if this place they will always prove to be 10X’s better. Friendly, fast, personable, real human interaction and conversation. They obviously love what they do because their vibe and aura rubs off and makes your day that much better! You can buy whole cheesecakes here!(Imported from New York!)
Brought someone here for a first date and it was an absolute lovely time. Nikki was both insanely kind and hilarious and suggested two of her own creations and showed us the garden patio at the back which had the most peaceful ambiance. 10/10 I’m going again
Favorite coffee spot in Fayetteville! Lattes are good, lots of variety. Love that they are open late.
Great coffee, great customer service, overall just fantastic coffee shop! The interior of Rude Awakening is small but homie and the baristas are always pleasant to talk to!
Frozen coffee was good, but 7 dollars. Geesh, I thought I was at Starbucks, and it wasn't a large. Or was it. Just wanted to support I'll stick with Starbucks. Must admit it was good 👍
Great little place with one of the best patios in town
I stop by all the time for a coffee and sometimes some cheesecake; ultra dry NYC style. It's a tiny spot with a narrow pathway from front to back. However, the service is great and they have so many treat options including cake, chocolate, and sweets.
First time there yesterday evening, had to come back a second time before I left town. What a pleasant experience from staff, resonably priced, the cutest designs, and just delicious coffee and chocolate
If you're in the need of great coffee, delicious cheesecakes and smoothies this is the perfect place.

My all time favorite place to get coffee. I go out of my way almost everyday just to stop by this place. I've never been disappointed. Some of my favorite things: 1.when you get a large (16oz) iced coffee they put it in a 20oz cup to make up for the ice. 2. The courtyard on a warm sunny day 3. Many options to choose from 4. The brown bag special 5. Pup cups
Nikki and Morgan were super sweet and fun to talk to. They really make an effort to make you feel at home while you’re visiting Ride Awakening. It’s truly my favorite coffee shop in Fayetteville!
Had such a great morning here. Nicki and Morgan were so sweet and welcoming immediately upon walking in. They truly gave such a great experience and just made my day. I ordered an iced latte and a bagel and both were delicious! The courtyard patio out back is a must see also. Amazing spot all around!!
