Friendly staff, quick service and good pretzels
The girl working the counter yesterday clearly didn't want to be there. No hello, no what can I get for you, no can I get you anything else...Every time I asked for something she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. I struggled just to find out my total amount to pay, then she had the nerve to turn the screen around for a tip. Pretend like you want to be there and do your job, then you'll get tips.
I’ll do a 3 star just cause the food is good, but the lady working today had a attitude, didn’t greet me when she came to the register, just stared at me looking annoyed, when I politely asked for pizza sauce she stared at me with a attitude and rolled her eyes, if you wanna make a big deal over asking for pizza sauce and give an attitude about it then they shouldn’t be working in customer service or even at this place in general. She needs to be talked to about how to treat customers.
The cashier on 2/6/21 was very pleasant and had great customer service. The salted pretzel I had was very soft and I enjoy every single bite.... No cap!
Mediocre off brand version of Auntie Anne’s. The girl at the register was not wearing gloves after handling money then proceeded to handle food. Could barely taste the sugar on the cinnamon sugar bites.
Was told she wasn’t cooking nothing else was only 7:50 and she kept scratching herself
