My dad who I haven't seen in a decade came back from getting cigarettes after eating a duck donut. 10/10 recommend, life-changing enchanted rings of dough served here.
My wife was craving Krispy Kreme donuts, but we got invited by a couple of friends to Duck Donuts... I'm never going back to KK. I will make the drive for these awesome delights!

The place is turned upside down ,they only have 3 workers and two of them working with a bad attitude i made my order online they give 30 min to pick it up i came at the time i suppost to pick my donuts and here i am 45 min after and still dont have my order and after i wait almost a 1 hour when i get to my car my donuts are cold like real cold when i try to come back they told me they couldnt do nothing because they was about to close definitely it will be my last time very bad wont recomended to nobody
Customer Service great, donuts fresh and delish!
Came today to get donuts and milkshakes. Despite there being a steady flow of customers the staff was upbeat, friendly and professional. Also our milkshakes made by Louie were delicious! We really appreciated the staff today.
Awesome donuts! Had a salted caramel milkshake too that was wonderful.
Skip Krispy Kreme anf Dunkin' Donuts and hit this place instead you will not be disappointed. The line takes a little bit of time and they're always hiring but these are still some of the best chain Donuts in town
Very slow service on a Sunday night. Took about 15-20 minutes just to get a glazed donut sundae and a single glazed donut. Somehow my sundae came out 5 minutes before the single donut
Order donuts today and when they showed me the donuts one of them was made incorrectly. I politely said on this one should be a sprinkle and the girl then scoffed and walked away to complained about the man at the register ringing it up wrong and then remade the donut. She handed it to another worker to hand me the box which the other worker did. I then waited for a lid as they passed out the other finished orders. The girl who handed me my box told another worker to get me a lid and then they argued about who had to give me a lid. (Note the box full of lids right on the counter near me). The girl who handed me the box finally grabbed a lid put it halfway on and said well you got a lid at least it’s halfway on. The customer service was subpar by far.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order for pick up and arrived 30 minutes after I placed that order. I walked up to the counter, I wasn’t greeted or anything like that. A girl with a bandana, glasses, and hoops finally came up to me. I told her I had a pick up order for Michelle. She said they haven’t started on the order yet because they were waiting on dough. So I sat down to wait, as she went over to one of her coworkers whispering as she stared at me… (rude) I waited another 15 minutes for my order as the 4 employees just stood around talking (there wasn’t another person in the store) she called me up to look at it and said the doordash is ready. I told her I didn’t have a doordash order and that I had a pick up for Michelle. She then rolled her eyes and another coworker started to work on my order as the other girl with the bandana just stood in the background staring at me……. Very poor customer service!!!! The only reason there are 2 stars is because the donuts are good.
Doughnuts are good, they just have really poor customer service. Orderd coffee a glass of water and Doughnuts. Went to get a refill on the water and was told it is company policy to not give out water..... hmmmm really. Seems silly to be so nasty over a cup of water if you ask me, but okay next time I will bring my own water..🙄🙄🙄🙄
The individual that made our donuts used the same gloves for a lot of other donuts. So our donuts were not what we ordered. Chocolate on maple donuts, bacon on chocolate and peanut butter donuts. Would like to eat what we ordered and not a random donut with all these other products on them that do not belong with that specific donut.
Love the different selections of toppings and combinations. The donuts are just a bit too dry for me personally, however still good. The Chocolate and bacon toppings were my favorite.
Sign on door says hours are 7 to 11pm Friday and Saturday. Open sign is on and the door is unlocked on Saturday night at 945pm. I walk in and get attitude from someone there to collect a paycheck and not work apparently! I apologize and say I looked at the hours of operation on door, the open sign lit up and the door unlocked and assumed they were open. Then I hear her say we'll we're not open and you can leave with an attitude. First and last time coming here!!!! I'm sick of peoples attitudes of they deserve to just show up to a job, not work and catch an attitude with customers and get away with it! Wow!!!! Is all I can say. WOW!!!!!
I’m a white woman. When I was at duck donuts tonight another white woman came yelling about how white people there didn’t get good customer service or something. I always get good customer service here. All of the employees remained respectful while the rude customer spouted racism. Props to the workers. They even forgot my order and accidentally skipped me but realized, apologized, and gave me two free donuts without me even asking. Just big props to everyone for dealing with a backed up line and a customer spewing hate and everyone remained professional.
If your looking for fresh donuts made when you order this is the place. Good milkshakes and coffee drinks. Service is awesome
Place wasn't busy when my bf and I went there, I haven't been here in a long time. We received fast service and we weren't rushed when picking which donuts we wanted to order. I noticed that they expanded their menu as I saw they have donut sundaes which was delicious. They also have milkshakes and a wide variety of merchandise that they sell. The worker showed us our donuts before she put a lid on it. Overall great customer service and deliciousness. :)
