Mahrya is phenomenal! She is a barista at the Starbucks and was so kind, patient and attentive to my order and concerns. Went above and beyond, deserves the recognition.
Very clean organized and friendly atmosphere
Seemed very unorganized and messy. Really think there should be a kiosk available to search for an author or specific books availability and location within the store.

B&N has a new horror section that is well stocked with both established and indie authors. I love this!
One of my favorite places to visit. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. They have amazing recommendations if you're not sure what you want!.... Also the gal in the coffee shop is always there I swear she never takes a day off lol and always makes my coffee to perfection!!

Always a great experience. While looking at books you meet some great people. Staff is always available to answer questions and assist you.
The staff here are very friendly. There was a very nice girl with pink hair who took care of me at the register. The selection was fairly good but the store feels a little too much like a labyrinth at times.
The customer service cannot be beat. Love the employees here. Edit:this is the second time I've ordered child temp/not so hot drinks here and they've been extra hot. Even after cooling off 10 minutes, I burned my tongue. Please be careful when you order a non-iced drink here!!! I'd hate to see what the extra hot feels like. Please recalibrate your machines because something isn't right. I hope a Starbucks employee sees this.
Barnes and Noble are very necessary in communities. I hope they keep them open. This location was very neat, quiet, and clean.
