I really liked this little ice cream shop! I was walking through the souvenir shops and decided to see if they had a non dairy option, and they have multiple! I tasted the Super Berry Acai, and I was amazed at how good it was. I got a medium sized for 5.70$ and it was decent sized for the price. I loved the flavor, and I got my family to try it and everyone who tried it really enjoyed it. Usually we don't agree, but we could agree on that flavor. Otherwise, the people in the shop are very helpful and nice and just a great environment. Definitely worth a try!
Awesome service and a wide array of ice cream flavors to choose from as well as for coffee/drinks. There is a deck you can sit on and watch the river/wildlife too ❤️
Employees were friendly and service was fast. They offered samples of multiple flavors with some classic flavors and sugar free and dairy free options. The coffee is a hidden gem in the area and the space is relaxing and peaceful with a nice porch area. Both ice cream and coffee prices are reasonable especially for a touristy area. They also have those fancy Red Bull drinks with flavor shots!

They have many options between self made milkshakes, or ice cream, iced coffee and coffee. Customer service was 5/5 with a great attitude. Would suggest they have more people working on staff and ice cream besides Hershey brand. Enjoyed my visit!
The lavender bee latte was one of the best I've had! Very sweet space, easy to navigate with kids and a perfect stop for us on a rainy day. The owners may be sweeter than the ice cream :) overall delicious and great milkshake options as well!
Great Place for Ice Cream in Cherokee!! We liked it so much we went back twice during our visit. The staff was very nice and happy to give samples of their plethora of flavors. As a big bonus many of the flavors were Gluten Free and they even had some vegan and dairy free options.
Great selection of Hershey's ice cream. The employee was friendly and greeted us with a smile. They have a nice covered sitting area where you can see the river.
Lots of ice cream flavor choices and great service. The coffee and menu have recently been revamped. The Sugar Bear iced coffee drink is my favorite in town!
Passing through from Gatlinburg, TN, it was a treat to stop in at this quaint ice cream parlor. The young gentleman serving us was friendly and the place was clean with great lighting. Now, lets get to the ice cream. Exceptionally delicious! Plenty of flavors to choose from. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend and return if ever in the area. Dr. Kimberley

Good coffee and friendly service
Hershey’s ice cream is consistently of a decent quality. The coffee is a bit embarrassing. Gas station quality coffee and “lattes” from a machine. The service was excellent, but nothing special about the ice cream and the coffee is not good.

Closed early, 1825hrs doors were locked and sign was flipped. If you post 1900, stay open til then.

Great little ice cream shop to escape the heat. My kiddos all wanted milkshakes and they made them very quickly. All the kids loved them and asked to go back later. The wife and I wanted iced coffee but they only have half and half, no heavy whipping cream. I would it against them, most places don't carry heavy whipping cream for us low carb folks. There's a nice deck area for you to enjoy your frozen treats. I would suggest to the owners that they trim the riverside plants though. Half of the view of the river is obscured. Would definitely go again though.
