My family really enjoys the coffee and smoothies. Unfortunately my daughter was disappointed for the 3rd time in a row because she wanted to order a smoothie off of your limited menu and was told again that they were out of fruit. The funny thing is their parking lot is merged with a food lion. I just wish some initiative was made for a backup plan for fruit if shipments are delayed…I wonder if the owners know this location has been out of bananas and other fruit for a couple weeks now.
Good people service and food and prices
The coffee I had was not great. It has a funny taste to it like the cup wasn't washed well.
Went this morning for breakfast to go before work. Ordered a lot of food for two people (over priced). The cashier or whoever was giving us our food was very rude. My husband said thank you for the drinks, cashier didn’t say anything back. Kind of threw the bag at my husband. Weird experience. Will not go back.
Stopped by this location this morning, as I just moved to the West Asheville area from South Asheville, and I've been needing to find a new place to grab a drink and get some work done. I've been to the Black Mountain location once years ago, but couldn't remember much other than liking the coffee. I was pleasantly surprised with the trendy, spacious, and welcoming interior that I was excited to hang out in, and the coffee that I got (My usual: A black Americano) was fantastic! It had great flavor, and was only $3! I then enjoyed the next couple of hours working, reading, and just relaxing in their comfortable chairs that were available. I also tried their drip coffee, which was equally tasty! By the time I left, it was getting close to lunch, and the place had really started filling up, which tells me that its a local favorite in the area. I will certainly be coming back here in the future, probably on a weekly basis! Highly recommend trying it out yourself!
Very stuck up and rude. Our first time in and expected us to know their menu. Don't recommend
This is a great coffee house on the west edge town.
Amazing coffee, staff and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Asheville!
Our favorite spot to visit for coffee in Asheville. Cubano is top notch and kids always love the hot chocolate.
After reading reviews I thought this would be a great place to try a hot chocolate. Drink wasn't very hot and the price for the size I got seemed a bit high. I might give it another chance and order a coffee.
Nice change from Starbucks but not as many options. Friendly efficient service.
Great cup of coffee and pumpkin spice bread.
Great Coffee and great friendly service. 😊
It's nice to find a coffee shop that cares about getting the coffee right. Great coffee, great bagel sandwich and pastry from local bakers. Do wish it was open later in the evening but I highly recommend.
Mayan mocha was excellent! They got confused with our food order though.
I absolutely love this coffee shop. The staff and atmosphere are both wonderful. I moved out of Enka to Downtown Asheville, which is of course full of great cafes. Yet, I still find myself making the drive west, to work in this warm and inviting atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and out.
The best coffee and mocha in town! They have a lot of pastries and great sandwiches. Definitely recommend! The staffs are friendly and the place has a good vibe! A must place to visit if you’re in town
Great little coffee shop! They need to have more places like this in Candler!
Coffee was terrible, got two types, the drip brew and a latte and neither myself or husband could drink it. Hopefully it was just a bad brew but we dumped it out. Got a vegan cookie that was delicious though!
Something new on Smokey Park Hwy, and it’s not another auto parts store? Is that even allowed? Don’t say anything, Candlerites, just act normal and maybe we’ll get away with this. Pros: Excellent quality Ample, innovative menu choices Charming, friendly employees Bright, welcoming interior Fun merch Cons: No power torque socket sets
