Customer service is based on poor interaction with seniors and veterans
Their blueberry muffins are great. It would be great if they had a volume discount for buying a dozen.
I love this place but here lately it has been a repeat issue that they are not making sure the orders are complete. The past few times my order has been incomplete. I'm starting to think that it's a training issue.
The service was excellent. The food was hot and yummy. You have to try the watermelon soda. I will be going back as soon as I can.
Their biscuits are very good (not as good as mine). The prices are fair for the amount that your getting. I highly recommend eating breakfast here.

Had AC on when it is 40 degrees outside way to cold inside, was told manager did not want to turn the heat on I will not be back if you don't care about your customers.
I love this place . I go here everyday. They are amazing, great service, wonderful food. The staff is amazing. If you want a wonderful breakfast this is the place to go.

We love driving thru this Biscuitville for the delicious biscuits and the delightful Kacey! Kacey greets us with a cheerful voice and a lovely smile each morning. She is very personable and efficient. We give her 5 stars for all around excellence.

I usually never have a bad experience with biscuitville. But this is just a little ridiculous. They practically served me scraps. There are an abundance of people that work there. This should not be happening. It’s a turn off and I won’t be going back due to their inconsistency.
Ordered biscuits and gravy. Normally they give you a cup of gravy to pour on your biscuit but not today. They dumped the gravy on the biscuit so by the time I drove home to eat it I just had a tray of mush.
Everything was hot and very delicious. Great service!!

I would give it a 5 star but you forgot my cheese on my biscuit. service is good and sometimes its quick.
