OUT OF THIS WORLD! Waaaay BETTER than SB! Blows DD out of the Water! My New Fav! I needed a pick-me-up so I stopped here for 1st time. Got reg coffee with non-dairy milk & loved it! (I usually use non-dairy dry creamer if that tells you anything) And I tried the Energy Drink - Dragon Blast! WOW! Taste Buds I didn’t know I had EXPLODED! Everyone, and I mean everyone here was more than polite, they are truly happy! (Maybe they drink those energy drinks!) Can’t say enough great things about them!
Rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Tried to talk to a manager she could not even be bothered.

Ordered normal latte they put old moldy milk in my cup and it curdled up when I called the manager seemed oblivious to the situation and offered to replace the drinks I have pictures and all ew just ew
Want to pay extra for non-fat milk? Me either! So I chose their competitor. I've been going to this place since they've been open. This must be a new policy. I understand paying extra for oat milk or almond milk but nonfat milk? Very very poor business practice!
Absolutely love the employees and owner! We come here every weekend and when we can on week days. Great service super friendly staff and the best coffee ever! I bought a hoodie from them that's amazing and yes I use it for unpaid advertising lol. Highly recommended by my entire family!
Good coffee fast service but I just get black coffee at window much less waiting time than Starbuck's
First time at a Biggby! Staff was very nice and patient, whole place was spotless, drinks came out fast and tasted very good. Planning to go back next time I'm nearby!
I gave 2 stars to be nice. I paid $7 for a medium Irish cream cold brew (because it had oatmilk?) I don’t even spend that much at Starbucks, even with oatmilk. And I did not like it at all. Really, worst $7 I’ve ever spent. Could have gotten something much better for cheaper at *bucks. I called to ask about a refund but the manager very unapologetically said they don’t do refunds. Overall staff is nice, but I won’t be back.
If you are interested in actual coffee, this is NOT the place to go. They know nothing about coffee other than how to use the espresso machine, blender, and sugar pumps. The manager told me Macchiato was a Starbucks word that they don't do 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏽♂️ The young girl that took my order and made my coffee was a very good employee who will do well in life. She is the 3 stars for service.
I don’t get why this place is never busy when we go and they’re so fast, maybe because they’re fast. But this place has the best bragles and coffee
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Biggby!!!Best coffee around hands down! I've had hot, iced and frozen and love them all. Super friendly great customer service, Kate is the absolute best! Also, the bragels are delicious! Also love the social media posts.
Was hoping to use their catering for coffee and hot chocolate at my wedding in mid February. Was referred to them by another Biggby and told how nice they are. Spoke with Melissa in January and thought we were getting somewhere. She needed to ask a question of the owner so she had to follow back up with me. No problem, she said she’d call back the next day. I waited three days with no call. I call and Melissa isn’t there so I leave a message. A week passes. I call AGAIN and she’s there but she can’t talk, so I leave another message. Now it’s 10 days til my wedding and they are still radio silent. The other Biggby who referred me even said they’d reach out on my behalf. Still nothing. I have other bad life events going on so it may just be me but I can’t help but feel ignored and that they were just hoping I’d give up. I wanted to give Biggby support because I liked them, but I feel hurt and extremely let down. Guess I’m stuck with Dunkin instead… Edit to respond to owner: that’s all I was honestly trying to do was get to-go boxes of these items, nothing fancy. I wish some form of communication could’ve been made so I could clear that up for you if that was why you just never responded.
Best place for coffee around. Actually tastes like coffee instead of sugar concoction. So many choices and service is awesome.
Unpretentious, good coffee. We stopped here twice on the same road trip, and will definitely look out for it in the future.
Never visited there but I have witnessed the blue biggby Corvette speeding down the interstate extremely fast in heavy traffic. They won't get my business. Edit: notice there wasn't a denial by the owner. I rarely leave reviews so what does that tell you.
Staff was wonderful. They greeted everyone with smiles and answered any questions people around me had. They all seem to really enjoy their job. I highly recommend.
Best coffee in Burlington!! They have daily specials too. This place blows starbucks out of the water!!! And they are cheaper.
Great! Went through the drive through, pretty quick, and options are incredible! You'll find something you like!
I made a quick stop for an espresso. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte. The barista did a great job. It was perfect - flavorful but not too sweet. The drink was hot. I would definitely recommend checking out Biggby Coffee. I’ll be back!
