Delicious coffee and customer service. This shop welcomes all customers in a way I have not found in other coffee shops. Definitely check it out!
Great quality espresso drinks and a super cool place to hang out. They had great books and music, different spaces for different vibes/ noise levels, board games and chess, and more. If we were local, we’d go multiple times per week for sure. Will be back for our next trip to Boone. Only complaint is that Kovu the Australian Shepherd was not in residence- would have patted him! 😊
I got a mocha latte and it was actually good! I’m very picky with my lattes, most shops can’t seem to pull decent shops, this shop can! If you need a great latte in Boone come here.
There are babies in the wall. Squid daddy declares it, therefore it is law. I drink an ungodly amount of caffeine from this place and I have become a permanent fixture in the front room, my bones have left their indents.
The Pinto Bean Latte and Cherry Turnover was on point! Very friendly workers. Lots of people working from their laptops in there. Nice little gem of a spot.

Ordered a dirty chai latte today when passing thru Boone and it was literally the best I’ve had in years. Will 100% come back next time I’m in town. Absolutely killer.
My dog and I love to frequent! Their coffee and iced tea always hits the spot. Its so cozy for getting homework done or taking a sims break. The staff is so friendly and I honestly just love that I can bring my senior beagle with me. I hate leaving her at home.

The latte is amazing. Hot chocolate is delicious!! Apple cinnamon scone is mouth watering. Such a cozy place to sit back relax and enjoy a warm drink while it’s snowing.
I stopped by Kovu Coffee one morning while on vacation.The coffee and hot chocolate are so amazing. The service was really good. The ambiance of the coffee shop was so homey, and relaxing.I will definitely stop by again when I am up here.
Top tier place to do hw, hang out with friends, antagonize the employees, and drink apple cider!
I've passed by this coffee shop several times and I finally got to check it out. This is a little hidden gem of Boone! The drinks and vibes are great. I love that they don't play the music too loud so that I can focus on reading or having a conversation. I was looking for a change of scenery. Update: I came back again and they made the BEST tasting iced Americano.
Wonderful find on our way to the slopes- my kids begged me to go the long way on day 2 just so we could go back. They loved the cinnamon rolls and hot cocoa.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, amazing coffee, and the vinyl collection is extensive and incredible. Add in a quirky and cheerful staff? You couldn't stop me from coming back.

I always enjoy visiting Kovu. There are more places to sit than you would think from driving by, and I never have a problem parking. Kovu is one of the only places in town that I really enjoy lattes and specialty drinks, because they are not too sweet. They make my favorite chai latte. I really recommend trying it out!
A great coffee place that allows dogs! The service and coffee were great. They had a ton of games and records that also we're fun.
Very cute! Everything is fresh and the place is very clean! Even they have a game room for parents while kids were playing they can enjoy their coffee!!
