I ordered a burger and soup. Soup was cold and no taste . Burger was just ok but the bread was like a Kotex . My wife got the fish tacos and they were a 5 out of 10

I really wanted to love this place. Staff is friendly but very slow and my order was incorrect...twice, although all I ordered was two coffees.
I like the menu and the food is pretty good. I like that all natural and organic ingredients are used, and this is worth paying for. However, the 10% service fee is completely uncalled for. I understand and appreciate that the owners would like to pay their staff more, but this is not the way. My suggestion, as a fellow small business owner, would be to find other avenues to offer employees a higher wage if that's the aim of the business. Tacking on 10% extra AND asking for tips is very off putting, and everyone I've talked to agrees. Drop this fee and find somewhere else in your bottom line to increase your employees wages!
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town, but lately they're just not cutting it. They've implemented their "10% service fee" on everything which is just simply tacked on to the price, much like tickets from Ticketmaster or an airline, rather than just increasing all of their prices. I've never heard of a restaurant doing this. I don't care if it's to pay your employees more...just be upfront and increase your price already and pay them what you will. Your customers aren't buying the food from you because of what you pay your employees. They're buying it from you because they think it's a better value than your competition. On my last visit I ordered a hamburger and fries with water to drink and it was almost $18. Last time I checked that's what I paid at Biltmore. Unfortunately the burger was much smaller than it has been in the past and left me still plenty hungry. So now we are paying more for a smaller amount of food. This is used to be one of the best options in North Asheville, but I'm afraid with this new business model they are destined for the same fate as their Westgate location.
Good food and coffee. Enjoyed our time here. Open and relaxing atmosphere. Good service and and overall good experience. :)
Same terrific food as downtown location, but struggling with service lately, deeply understaffed.
The employees missed out on a tip because of the service fee that is being snuck into the transaction. It’s a dishonest way to do business. The smoothie is okay, but lacked flavor. There’s potential if the management would adjust their billing and make a few adjustments to recipes

I just love Green Sage! You never have to worry about what's in the food because it's all good for you. The service is always friendly and helpful. If you've never been, give it a try. Any location has the same quality.

While having lunch today with my sister, I was mocked repeatedly by the girl at the register about my service dog. Whether she is just ignorant, rude, or hateful, I will not visit this place again.

Thank you so much to Alandra for helping me feel right at home in this Green Sage Cafe. I always get the decaf Americano for about $3.50 and it is always perfect.
Great place. Spent about $20 for a $13 meal after everything was said and done. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest but it was a good atmosphere and the food is delicious.
Restaurant was gross in the dining room, so we left.
Ugh! That was so disappointing. I've never had such a flavorless meal. Needed to add salt and hot sauce to my breakfast burrito just to taste something and i couldn't even finish it. Keep in mind that i came in starving from the gym having skipped breakfast, no amount of hunger could bring joy to this meal. Bought two meals, a latte and a non alcoholic beverage and spent $40 on the most mediocre meal. I'm not sure what was so expensive because they aren't spending their money on the ingredients. Coffee was delicious tho. The staff are perfectly pleasant, even after bringing our food to the wrong table, and letting my food get cold. All you pay for is the ambiance of a poorly decorated Starbucks with sticky floors, they will accommodate large parties though. DONT DO IT
Their online ordering system is such a hassle - after each item it kicked me all the way out, and after going in back several times and getting all the items I wanted added it made me make an account, and then confirm it, and now insists my username or password is wrong after confirming. I tried a dozen times. I gave up. Not very accessible for a neurodivergent person.
Decent mostly vegetarian spot. It can be really busy and there will be a wait for food, especially if anything you order needs to be cooked. Call ahead or order on line if you are in a hurry.
Was good kind of underwhelmed by the choices but had the omelet and was very tasty . Very kind waitstaff and calming vibe . I enjoyed their vanilla latte but kind of just felt like a glorified Panera .
