Cool vibe. Stopped in to get spring rolls to go for lunch but will definitely watch to return for tea service.

TRASH boba. Do not get boba here!!! Got the golden milk, and it tasted like nothing. The tapioca balls were undercooked crunchy in texture and tasted very bland.

I really enjoy the downtown location, I go frequently! I finally tried the west location and the space is cool, lots of options for comfortable seating, and of course got my favorite tea. It was less than relaxing here today, sadly, from the time I ordered to when I was done with my pot of tea, the rock music of a wailing electric guitar played for my whole stay. It was tough, (there’s nothing wrong with rock music) I just wanted to relax as this is a tea cafe, so I rushed drinking my tea so I could leave. I’ve never experienced that at the other location, when you can even hear the music, it’s soft and is relaxing. I’ll just stick to going to the downtown location since it usually promotes relaxation.

What a gem! The vibe of this place is one of a kind. The tea selection is insane. The girl at the register was super nice and helped pick out a tea. As someone who loves trying new tea’s this is the perfect place. This would be great for a solo traveler or even with a group of friends who enjoy tea and great atmospheres. The highlight of this place is the space to sit on the yoga bolsters in a group setting. Definitely a new Asheville Fav!

This was a new experience for me. I know zero about any kind of tea except Lipton! What an eye-opener! Cute place, friendly staff. Presentation of the teas, delightful.

Nice place to sit and chat with friends while enjoying a huge variety of drinks. My bf got the mint tea and it was so much he had to get a second glass so he could share.

This place is amazing. It is vegetarian and gluten free. All food: vegetarian—all food: gluten free. I have eaten here 7+times and it never disappoints. My skeptical husband was with me on one occasion and ordered a (vegetarian) Reuben. He could not believe how good it was. And it is good (made from locally sourced Tempe) The desserts are so dang good!!! Some are made without sugar. Did I mention that they are gluten free!?!?! Very creative desserts, always changing the flavors. Oh, it’s a tea house!!! The selections are great. I like the chai and matcha the best. I like the soups. I like the kitchari. I like it all! Staff is kind and friendly.

Totally cool place for that good old hippie vibe. Very pricey for a cup of tea honestly but I justify it by paying for the atmosphere.

Me- Visiting from Durham, NC. Went with gf. Vegan charcuterie good. Matcha good too. Gf- The vegan fauxcuterie was soooo yummy. The selection of cheeses alongside the grilled pita and the assortment or dried fruits and caramelized nuts was tooooo good. I also got the kale Caesar salad which was exactly as good as expected it to be. For my bev I got the black sesame hojicha latte with oat milk and it was so savory and creamy me slightly sweet as well. To finish of our meal, I got a caramel cacao bar. The flavor was so rich and the chocolate was so creamy. Overall, so so delicious. Will come every time I come to West Asheville.

Waited politely at the counter 5 minutes to order, ignored by the staff who were too busy engaged in their gossip fest to serve a new customer. Walked out. Tea may be great, but rudeness of staff far overshadows.

Very nice, chill environment. Tea is amazing and staff are great! I had the sweet smell of Jerusalem and it’s great! They source the tea responsibly and they also have it for sale in the loose leaf form.
