I've been here twice. Both times my potatoes were half over cooked and undercooked. Won't be returning. The poutine is okay at best, the salmon tartine is good, but just not worth it with so many other options in the area that don't make basic culinary mistakes.

We first visited 4 years ago and were immediately impressed by their menu and service. The experience was so good that I knew that on my next trip to Asheville, I would return. We returned 2 years in a row just to find out that it was temporarily closed. Happy to see them back. We tried a few of their new menu dishes and they were all amazing. Back tomorrow for their shrimp Chilaquiles during brunch. Without a doubt one of the very best restaurants in Asheville.

Very nice food and service. Too bad they force you to buy water...

The massive menu put out by this tiny restaurant is amazing. We came with a large party for brunch, and every dish was both beautiful and delicious. The cafe has a charming European ambiance, with patio seating allowing leisurely people watching in downtown Asheville. The servers were very kind, and family friendly. Only downside is they struggled a little to keep up with our 7-person party, but were extremely apologetic about it. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great brunch in Asheville.

Pros: food had good presentation, friendly attentive staff. The in-house made hot sauce was very good. Cons: place is quite small in a loud intersection, they play loud music, Jesus flag waving singing hippies with a speaker across the street does not help the situation when trying to have a conversation. Buses constantly go by spewing fumes while you sit there. Their horchata was more of a thinned out rice pudding instead of a refreshing smooth drink where you can taste the condensed milk. They only sell bottle water. My steak was not cooked at the requested temp and was mostly tasteless and a bit tough. The ceviche ONLY contained some tiny piece of fish which was not let marinade long enough in citrus with a few tortilla chips. I think this what made me borderline sick afterwards. The food was overpriced for what it was but mainly because of its quality. Overall I would not spend my time and money here again and would explore some of the other options around.

Visiting from Miami; great daily Brunch! We had the Banana Foster French Toast and the Blue Crab Chilaquiles. Both delicious! Strong coffee and awesome service from a “Panamerican” staff…. Thanks Valentina & Erika

The food is AMAZING! Came to try this spot on a Sunday at noon and to my surprise there wasn’t any waiting time and were seated right away. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and my friend ordered the Americano and both were really good but the pancake that came with the Americano has been the best on i’ve tried in my life, no kidding! I definitely recommend this place and i’ll definitely be back

Stopped by during our trip to Asheville, this was one of my favorite memories made. I had the best time sitting outside on the corner, people watching and embracing Asheville while dining here. The cheese/fruit/meat tray was so amazing! It was the perfect snack of a unique selection of items. I had the most authentic Bloody Mary. The service was unmatched! I felt so welcomed by the staff. I love love love it here! Thank you for inviting us in.

Bomba is a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Asheville, known for its delicious Latin-inspired cuisine and great atmosphere. One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Chorizo Bomba Roll with avocado, which is an absolute must-try. The roll is bursting with flavor, with the spicy chorizo and creamy avocado complementing each other perfectly. The roll is also served with a delicious dipping sauce that takes the dish to the next level. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a vibrant color scheme and unique decor that adds to the overall dining experience. The service is also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions.

It's like Paris, Mexico, and Asheville had a baby! This place is amazing with their small cafe, bold flavors, and huge plates of tremendous food! Well done!! We will be back every time we're in town now! You will have to wait in line, so what, it's worth it :)

I’m surprised this place has such a high rating. A Saturday afternoon should have the best service. Our server was bubbly but maybe this is not the job for her. We needed a moment to look at the menu and it took quite a long time for her to get back to us to take our orders. She wasn’t very good at checking on us or noticing that our drinks were empty. My crab Benedict was very delicious but I had to ask for the beurre blanc sauce and I had to go find her to get pepper and hot sauce. My girlfriend’s omelette was tasty but her toast came cold with cold butter and no butter knife to try to spread it. She forgot I ordered a bottle of sparkling water and very kindly still gave it to me (but not sparkling) with no charge after we asked for the check. There were only 3 or 4 tables and 2 servers. Overall the food was decent but the service was not acceptable. If I could give it 2.5 stars, I would as this seems most accurate.

Great little corner cafe in downtown Asheville. Stylish setting with more outdoor than indoor sitting, so it makes for a wonderful place to eat in the Spring and Summer🌞 The food is innovative and delicious. I had to have to have my dish adjusted due to order discrepancies. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience eating at Bomba cafe during the St. Patrick's day weekend. Try this place for a cute brunch or breakfast you won't regret it.

Food was delicious and good portions for the price. I don't think anything on their menu would disappoint. Staff is friendly. The only thing is if it's really busy there isn't a lot of space due to the amount of seating inside. going when the weather is not chilly can ensure that you'll be able to at least be seated outside and have shorter wait time

I would avoid this location for coffee. $7 for a small hot latte so with tip your at $8.50. What do you get for $8.50. Your get acidic over extracted espresso and milked heated to a scalding temp that has to cool before drinking. This is not how to make a simple latte. If your charging a premium for a simple shot of espresso and some steamed milk at least make sure it is done right.

Adorable little café! But it is tiny! There is very little space to sit but it is completely worth it! They only have small 2 person cafe tables inside, so if you have a larger group try to grab a table on the patio!
