Very good bubble tea on the up and up. Menu is a little confusing for us newbies, but having a set list of house created drinks could help. At least it has helped me at other bubble tea shops. Great staff and tea is very good.
By far the best bubble tea in asheville! Their new store front is also very easy to find and has its own parking, which is a plus. I recommend getting the strawberry milk tea with the heart jellies.

I was looking up bubble tea shops knowing on our way home from Gatlinburg I would love to stop for one as there are no bubble tea shops in my area. I saved Bluebird as my number one spot to stop at just based on the reviews I read. I was not disappointed! I am obsessed with taro milk tea and this was by far the best one I've had from a shop to date. I should have gone back in and grabbed two more to take back home. My 9 year son got a lemonade and was so happy looking at all the art in the shop as well. This will be on our list to stop at every time we're in the area!

I'm so happy to have found this place!!! Truly. My husband and I visit often, and we while we have our favorite, go-to selections, every new item we've tried has been fantastic. There are a variety of flavors to choose from and plenty of customization options. Whether you're interested in a decaf tea with alternative, lactose-free milk, or something that is sugary, flavorful, and will give you the pick-me-up you're looking for, they have it—now with mochi, too! The owner and employees are amazing; they're always friendly and personable, never pushy or apathetic towards their customers. The entire vibe from the shop is all-around inviting. 5-Star place, hands down.
The banana bo bana milk tea with boba was so yummy and refreshing. I'm picky with the banana flavor I like, and this was natural and not artificial and candy-like. Also being lactose intolerant it was great that I could get it with oatmilk instead!

Just moved here from Long Beach, CA- this place serves boba tea AT LEAST as good as, (and probably better than) just about any of the million + boba shops in LA. I esp appreciate the split cup that lets you try two different flavors!! The drinks are wonderful- the boba pearls in particular are perfect, not too rubbery, not too soft. I did find the tea a little more on the sweet side than i like, but i found out on my next visit that they can adjust the sweetness to your taste. So, if you're like me and prefer a drink that's not so sugary, make sure to let them know that so they can give you a drink that you'll enjoy. I'm so delighted that i don't have to live without bubble tea! Huge thumbs up!!

I must be missing something! Love Boba, been to probably twenty different bubble tea establishments over the past decade. This place is average to below average. I've only been twice, but the tapioca was under-cooked (or just subpar quality) both times. The tea was also below average. I'd do a 2 star normally, but gave a 3 since it's a locally owned business. I might try them again at some point, but there are a couple better options in Asheville already.
Awesome little spot! Great tea and options and adorable decor. Got me a bracelet from a local vendor. Great place to chill for a bit and enjoy the vibe.
Blue bird has amazing boba and really good prices! The staff is so sweet and very welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

I went here and it had a decent line so I figured it was going to be good. And when I finally got my hands on a bubble tea it was fresh and the tapioca pearls where made perfectly!
