First time in as it's about 30 minutes from home, but I was stopping at a carwash close by. Small spot that's only been open for about 6 months. It shares space with music studios for lessons on the end of a strip of other places set back from the highway. A few window sets are inside, but more table seating outside. Your traditional coffee type selections, in addition to some musical artist inspired drinks like the Elvis and the Ozzy, which I ordered. Both white and regular chocolate in a latte. Really good, not too sweet. I'll definitely be back to sample more flavors before leaving the area in June. Oh, they're having an open house on May 20th. No pics since the drink was lidded up in a takeout cup.
I love coffee here!! And kombucha on tap( fresh) not for everyone;-) Very nice, home like atmosphere 👌
I hope they create an Instagram page so this place gets more attention! So good!! It’s inside of the music school while was very confusing and almost turned me away and a few other people I saw today that also looked confused. If I could make some suggestions to potentially lure more people in, make the outside seating area a little bit more inviting and pretty. More people will definitely come if you make it “instagram worthy” and cozy.
First of all this is the best price in town, for well made complicated drinks and classics. Great customer service, extremely clean but inviting. Wonderful all around this is my new usual place. 10% off specials too!
Friendly owner who can pull an excellent double shot of espresso for your specialty coffee latte/cappuccino. Prices are reasonable. This spot just opened up and recommend you go check it out.

My coffee was delicious. Ramona makes a tasty latte and is a joy to talk to. I really appreciated the personal touch. My latte came with a chocolate covered espresso bean.
Notes Coffee House is an amazing new coffee shop in Apex! So many fun flavors and the customer service is excellent. I have had multiple lattes and they have all been amazing (just the right amount of sweetness). Highly recommend checking them out!!

I used to go to D*nkin every day but now I go to notes because it's right next to it, the coffee has plenty of caffeine, the lattes are better than anywhere nearby, and the staff is lovely. The interior is also nicely decorated in a midcentury modern sort of way and the sunlight hits it just right. Support local!
Great coffee, great service and great atmosphere. I have come to count on my Elvis latte from Notes and I miss it on days when I don't swing by. 10/10 recommend!
