I adore this gem of a place! I go every weekend I can when I visit my mothers upstate. Not only is the vibe of the place adorable but the people make it what it is too! The owner Angie who upon placing your order you’ll learn is the sweetest, and most laid back woman, engages you with conversation and adds to it all from funny , to serious, to who know what topics in the moment. And her sister is just as lovely. When they are there together they are the dynamic duo. I enjoy watching them host the morning as the regulars come and go and they carry alongside. They are the same whether anyone is in the room or no one is. They both are there running the show. And They have the prettiest doggie Winona who just wants to play with everyone. The ambiance of the cafe is welcoming and home like. You nestle in, you make small talk, you see all your neighbors or say hello to someone passing through. It’s small town. It’s real. The decor is artsy and vintage. Captures the eye of people any generation. Grab a piece of chalk and doodle while you wait for your Mocha mint tea. One of my favorites

The best and I mean The Best little coffee place around! Great service! Delicious food, Terrific people, best place to park yourself, sit and relax and unwind inside at one of the tables with a nice cup of coffee (wide variety), tea and/or hot chocolate! And don't forget to add a ZERO calorie pastry!! (Calories don't count from Gigi Java!!!!)

Gigi & staff are so nice & the coffee & cranberry muffin were perfection! I've moved out of Wurtsboro so it was just a quick visit but if I still lived there it would be a daily stop. You're doing it all right, Gigi! It's about time Wurtsboro had a cute coffee shop. :) Get your gas at Stewart's; get your breakfast at Gigi's!

Best Empanadas in Wurtsboro and the deluxe avocado toast is amazing! So happy you now offer bubble tea...beats going to Chinatown in the city. Keep up the great food!!

This is one of the best places to eat in Wurtsburo! The empanadas are literally to DIE for!!! I've had the ones at Rt. 209 and they aren't very impressive. I will be returning here! (Maybe everyday Lol) I definitely recommend for you all to grab a bite to eat here! ❤

I will give 1 start because false publicity about the empanadas they are making and saying it’s the same place from 209 road across the Wurstboro airport. This place are trying to take advantage about another local business

I was shopping nearby and just happened to walk by GiGi Java on my way to the car. SO happy I stopped in for a snack. The Turkey Panini was delicious, and I would post a picture but scarfed it down too quickly for one. Cute shop, nice staff, I will stop back in next time I'm in town!

Once I found out you guys had empanadas I was so excited because it took me back to my roots, but once I had them I was let down because they weren’t what I expected. I’ve had better.

This charming little place serves the best coffee… we were greeted at the door by the owner who was super friendly and took such pride in her shop. Had a little snack which was fresh and delicious. Definitely worth the stop…next time we will have lunch there.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home, and so glad we did. Gigi and Trish are fantastic. We had bacon and egg sandwiches on hard rolls, O.J., and coffee. Great tastes! Plus, we took home some of their scrumptious pastries. Heard their tea is fabulous, too! Just wish we were closer. This would definitely be one of our favorite places. A number of other people stopped in while we were there that were obviously regulars. Lucky them! Thanks again, ladies. Mike & Amy
