If i could give this more stars i would ,the food is Great , the vibe is vibing and the staff is so nice. the look is beautiful and quirky and i will find a way to go back.

Very chill and cozy place with great boba tea(bubble tea). The place was clean and comfortable to be at. The people working there were nice and helpful too. Went there twice and most likely will go there again.
I gave 2 stars because the ice cream was delicious. The service and pricing were hard to understand. We got two large ice creams which consisted of 3 scoops each. Two large ice creams cost over $30. The menu said $6 each. It's a beautiful little cafe, but the communication skills need to improve and the pricing needs to be more realistic. I won't be going back.
Imagine it’s different running a sweet shop that also has excellent coffee AND bubble tea. Yet, they do it well. I recently ordered an ice cream shake and asked for it to be combined with a banana. Suffice it to say, the ice cream was fresh, the banana was ripe and the milkshake gets a 10/10. Will be back.
Cozy, cute and great food!! Workers are every sweet and helpful. Would love to come back here!

I will never come back to this place because the owner was so rude when I got my boba drink the powder was not mixed well and I had to return it and he gave me a rude attitude

My friend & I went there on 9/20/22 for ice cream! The pictures on the reviews were wonderful but the experience we had was far from good. The establishment did not look very clean or well kept up. The man serving us did not speak English well & asked us 3 times what we wanted as he was getting our order. When he went to make my sundae he opened a container to pour the ingredients in the bowl but first he was smelling it then asked a girl working there to smell it then he smelled it again then started to put it in my cup! At that point I told him to stop! I didn't want anything that they were on the fence about whether it was fresh or not & at least 2 noses were in it! very unsanitary!!! nix the sundae & got 2 scoops only & whipped cream as my friend did. I got 2-3 inches of cream while my friend got barely any. Sadly nothing was done right. The music was blasting & there wasn't a seat that looked clean to sit at. My first & last experience there!!!
Everything in this shop is amazing! Definitely a family go to for after school treats and Coffee. Super family friendly🙂
Truly disappointing, after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for some sort of assistance, it was never provided. The two men that were working on Sunday September 18th did not acknowledge me. One of the staff members was making a milkshake right in front of me clearly he was busy and I was aware but at least he could’ve said “ I’ll take your order In a minute” or “I’ll be right with you” something to make the customers feel acknowledged. Nana’s staff members are lazy, poor customer service, & are under staffed.
Came in with 5 people. One person in front of us and only 1 person working. Was taking forever so we ended up leaving and going someplace else
What a nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the espresso and the Irish. Ice cream was good to. Highly recommended to just sit and relax.
