I visited the Coffeen Street location (Rte. 12), Watertown, NY on Friday 4/28/23 at approximately 6:30pm. I ordered and drove around to the window. I had my phone (for my app to eanr points) in hand as well as my payment card. The employee was quick to take my card and scan it. When he handed it back to me, (without a receipt of course) I asked him if he could please scan my app for my points. He told me "You have to give that to me before you give me your payment. Have a good night." I was dumbfounded and looked back at my daughter in the back seat. She and I both couldn't believe what we had just heard, and the fact that I had my phone in my hand, out the window the entire time! Customer service apparently is NOT his strong suit and he probably shouldn't be working with the public!!! NOT IMPRESSED!! I'll take my business to Dunkin' from now on!!
Slowest and most incompetent service I've ever witnessed...AND I'VE BEEN TO THE SOUTH! The guy working spent most of his time trying to figure out how to put gloves on and off. The girl stared at the order screen like she was auditioning for Poltergeist. 30 minute wait for a coffee and donut??? Really... I was ready to walk out several times, but I said I was getting Timmys, so I wasn't going to disappoint. Zero hustle by the staff. If the 711 they share a building with was smart, they would sell donuts. I ended up getting a 711 coffee to drink while I waited for the brain trust to master loading coffee cups in a carrier. Whoever made the schedule for that day needs to keep those two workers on separate shifts. Even the 711 cashier said the TH service was usually terrible.
Awesome spot since it is inside of a gas station. Only complaint is to the fact of multiple times sandwiches came untoasted. This is even after extra request to make sure that they were toasted and not plain breads or un cooked English muffin.
Snuck in to get a grilled cheese and a half dozen diet donuts...
Food great don't really drink coffee
Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and reasonable...my wife likes their ice coffee's I love their donuts!
This is my second time this month and service both times not good. Very slow for a quick stop. I think there was only 1 person to serve and take orders. I like McDonalds coffee as well so I may give that a try next time. Muffin was great.

I'm from Canada and I go to Tim's all the time... but this place was amazing just because of the customer service. The best service from an employee named Bratin, he went above and beyond, this guy needs a raise.
About what I'd expect from a gas station tim hortons , coffee was immaculate though .

As of August 2022... Drive thru is closed due to staffing issues Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Good service, typical Tim's menu...low stars due to hours/lack of drive thru
Never had worse service in my life. Real mature. I’m not a hard costumer to please but whoever the bearded man behind the counter was. Fire him. I didn’t get any service waited 20 minutes and nobody else was there. Yeah no .
Can't find better coffee
Wanted a dozen donuts to take to the grandkids. Person taking the order didn't want to finish over the drive-thru and said the girl at the register would finish the order. When we got to the register. The girl had part of our order and had filled the rest of the box with whatever she felt like. Asked if it was ok. Said it was all she could do as they were busy. Nasty looking donuts kids wouldn't touch. What were we supposed to say. We were not happy. All customers should be treated with the same respect. My husband said if he was the manager he would've fired her.
