It's an ok gas station bc they're open 24 hrs but they didn't have a smoothie machine! That was all I wanted... But the one on state street feeds homeless kitties so I got to pet one yay... Good service they were very polite
Love the pizza if they answer the phone. Haven't answered the phone in weeks.--- Stopped and its because they had two people working. With one on break. No fault to the employee. Corporate looses my money for the third week but pizza hut is making out.

Good selection to get some drinks. Having the fuel savings is nice with paying through the mobile app.
The worst fast trac I ever went too, had to pay for a full coffee when only half a cup was left, and no wind shield washer was available, and the lady behind the register was rude and acted like she hated her job
Very good cup of coffee at this place for only 99 cents !!! Not bad at all 👍
Nasty attitude from the cashier... Seriously just wanted to argue with me about the name of pack of cigarettes. Got sick of it and walked out. Never go back. She was just rude and nasty.
Surprisingly tasty pizza for gas-station fare. Was good hot and cold. Unlimited toppings, just $10. This was pepperoni, extra cheese and half with light onion. HOWEVER: Don't tell me you don't have change. Would they have given me my pizza and Coke if I was 13 cents short?
I commend the girl that was at the register between 520 and 530 today that had a line of people at the door and ringing on two registers at the same time to get people out while the other girl sat in a grey truck with North Carolina tags, right next to my car and laughed and joked around with the guy that was there to see her while she was supposed to be in the store WORKING!! You deserve so much props for the way you handled things! Thankfully you were there to really work!! Hopefully you get more besides my acknowledgment and appreciation!!
I went there on 6/5 at around 8 am there was NO breakfast pizza and when I asked if they were making some and I knew they were not. The 2 cashier's didn't even look up from their phone and said no. I drove from Syracuse and expected breakfast pizza as the always had before.They must be the only people to work because they really really sucked as workers. I hope it gets better but for me I guess I will go somewhere else when I drive thru Watertown.
Rude, rude, rude!! All I did was asked guy making pizzas if i place order with him or lady at register, since I stood there for 10 minutes in front of him waiting for him to even acknowledge me. I'm new to the area and never experience Fastrac before so i wasnt sure. He snapped at me that "I'll be with you in a minute." I told him no hurry that I just wasn't sure who I give my order to. My husband caught him rolling his eyes at me as i walked off and saying "f-ing people and their f-ing food". F you Fastrac. Get your snotty employees in line. Cause next time? My husband WILL knock dude out. Bunch of nasty rude people. 😠

Worst customer experience in my life. Two times now I have been mistreated by this store. There are many places to get gas and drinks on Arsenal, don't go here.
Since I started working at 6 am in town I have been stopping in every morning to fuel up and or grab a drink - snack. I stopped in at 5 :34 and walked in the store and started for the shelves and the lady barked at me that I could not be shopping around that they were not open .. hmmmmm lights on , employees behind the counter , door unlocked ....
They get rid of breakfast to early i go the on my 9:15a.m. break and try to get breakfast any they get rid of it at 9 they should have breakfast untill at least 10.

The lady working wouldn’t let me use the bathroom after we had been driving for hours, even after we bought gas.
