Great espresso shot and fresh baked croissant. Also great service to cyclists when I asked to fill my bottles with tap water they asked me if I wanted Ice. Thanks!
Deeelicous coffee. Good service. Great little outdoor patio.
Sell organic coffee but have employees using toxic cancer causing ROUNDUP to kill weeds...
I am ready to drive hundreds of miles just to have a cup of espresso from this place ☕ .
Always good service and delicious food
Water Mill location is my go-to lunch place in the Hamptons. Sizzling fajitas platter is excellent. Good coffee in cereal bowl sized cups. Vegetarian and vegan options.

Sometimes you need a quiet local coffee shop and this one is an east end staple.
I get coffee and takeout from here 2-4 times a week. I like that the food is consistent and made with whole ingredients, and I LOVE that I can order on the app and it's ready for pickup when I arrive. As someone who tries to eat healthy, it can be hard to eat out/take out without it being too rich, fatty, salty, etc. I like the to-go egg sandwich that I can personalize to my liking. It's way better quality and taste than any deli in the area. I know a lot of people pay with cards these days and I understand the need for businesses to charge customers credit card fees, however if I want to pay in cash I have to personally ask them to remove the fee which can be time consuming. I would prefer that they first see how the customer is paying and then charge or offer a discount accordingly. Also, on the app, the tip amount is set to 15% as the default and given how hard HCC employees work plus inflation and high cost of living and median income in the area, I think the default should be set to 20%. Don't you? If you're going to have this default credit card fee that benefits the business owner, then please also have a higher default tip percentage benefitting workers, the majority of whom are BIPOC. It's really a very small gesture that could go a long way.
Nice coffee shop. Expensive as he'll of course, as everything in Montauk.
Really tasty and healthy breakfast, but worth it for the coffee alone!
Their muffins are old school delicious
They have delicious coffee. It is always fresh. The staff is great and it is always clean. They even have a separate Cafe area where you can purchase sandwiches and other fresh items that you can sit and enjoy eating your food in. It is nice because it is set away from the steady flow of customers picking up their online orders or their coffee to go.
We stopped in here after finding that the place we wanted to eat at was closed on Wednesdays. What a mistake. While we were promptly seated, it took longer than average for our server to come over. She took our orders and that was the last we saw of her. Two members of our party had the chicken fingers. These were some sort of reformed chicken product from a frozen bag on par with Walmart store brand. The fries were somehow both dried out and soggy. They must have been sitting in the kitchen for a very long time. My son's burger was cooked well done despite being ordered medium. My Mom's veggie fajitas were ok, though overpriced for the size. The ultimate insult was the "Baja Fish Tacos". I wish I took a picture to share. I received two small tortillas containing a single, small, pre-made fish fillet (a la Gordon's, but lower quality) that had been cut in half for each taco. They should be embarrassed to serve food like this. As an added bonus, my Mom was charged 80 cents for half and half with her coffee (they claimed it was now a breve, though that is an espresso beverage). Don't forget the 20% automatic gratuity for a "large party" of 3 adults and 2 kids where the server interacted with us for under 2 minutes. Without a doubt this is the worst restaurant experience I've had in about a decade. Shame on you Hampton Coffee Company.
I now purchased two times the scones that used to be so good. what can I say they are terrible and uneatable. Raw dow and no taste with the exception of the Westhampton branc. I completed twice no reaction from Hamptons coffe. very poor costumers service
Alot of bees in the outside area in the back. Had different experience here vs the other locations. Also the food offerings are not the same.
Solid coffee spot in the Hamptons with good pastries. Good service no complaints
Wish I could give a more star review let's see went to get a iced coffee. Ordered a iced latte carmel small said $5.48 for small of course plus tax. Asked if I wanted milk said yes half & half please, I paid cash went from $5.48 to $7.35. Asked for a receipt. Got charged .27 more for ice when it says $5.48 on menu for iced latte .80 for half & half, never ever heard of a place almost charging a dollar for milk. Got charged 3.50% service fee when I paid cash.
