Not bad, not great. The coffee serving was very small. The price was higher than expected, and the space was crowded and not intuitive. There was more gimmick than charm, but I'm extremely picky when it comes to cafes. Especially when I have professional equipment at home to make the same thing I can order here. The staff were nice but were sort of all over the place, and the space didn't seem conducive for them to work without bumping into each other or getting in each other's way. I give it a 4. But it has plenty of room to grow into an exceptional place.

Absolutely delicious coffee. The Columbia Lord Baltimore (coffee of the day) was a wonderful medium but full flavor drip-that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Great environment. Seating can get a little tight. There coffee is really great. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help pick a coffee if you want the assistance. Super awesome to see how they make their coffee if their in the process while your in line. I haven’t tried their pastries and or foods but they look good.

Excellent local roaster; try the Papua New Guinea beans. (Out of stock as at 21/4/23 - try Cascada) on street parking often available - use ParkMobile app. Muffins a bit dry and crumbly. I’d stick with the coffee. Good exhibition now on neurodiversity. Please can you consider disabled customers as well .

Very cute spot. It has a great feeling coming in. I loved the menu and most of the staff seem so nice. However, once I got my coffee I realized that whole positive 1st experience went out the door. Barista: (mumbling) “latte!” Me: i think they said 2% latte? “Is this 2%?” Barista: aggressively points with extremely dirty finger and fingernails (I didnt know what to think at this point) on the top of the lid with a mask on so sounds extremely muffled, “2% golden latte!” Me: “ok thanks” Yeahhhh….no thanks. I bought a candle there as well bc im a huge candle fan and this one smelled of espresso and was made of soy. Happy about that. Experience with cashier was good too. But that exchange with the more than frustrated Barista with the extremely dirty fingernails wearing a mask sounding muffled was not ok. I get it. You’re busy. I get your fingernails are all up in the beans and what not, I understand your need to wear a mask….but…you’re wearing a mask. You’re not enunciating your words. And you’re serving with flithy hands. That’s some real audacity that I will never be ok with. Wear gloves, wash your hands, get someone else to yell out the orders, and be happy your establishment has people coming there who are nice and tolerable. Don’t treat nice people who are spending good money here like they are a burden. Pretty much the first and last time I come here. Thanks but its a hard pass for me.

Fabulous coffee and great barista at the helm. Took some coffee beans for everyday brewing. Blends are top notch.

A truly wonderful coffee shop that’s beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. When you walk in the aroma of fresh beans immediately hits you and you know you’re in for a treat. I love the chai lattes here and the fact that you can purchase coffee blends and loose leaf tea to take home. I especially recommend the Yellow Lab tea blend with vanilla and coconut. No matter what you purchase you’ll bd sure to have a lovely time with wonderful service. They also have cute merch and are adorably pet friendly! What more could you want?

Coffee labs roasters is a cute little coffee shop in Tarrytown. We go there once every few months to get their freshly roasted beans. They source them directly from suppliers in South America and Africa and roast them in house. They have several different varieties from various farms. We also get a cup of hot drip coffee when we get the beans because, of course. They have some pastries for purchase to go along with your coffee and everyone is so friendly! With a cute logo like they have, how could you not be!

First time visitor, this is the small town independent coffee spot every other place aspires to be. I visit new places all the time and recently went to small coffee shops in Miami, Atlanta, Alexandria-VA and D.C., and kept trying to find a place like this one. Quaint place, local, humble, easy going crowd, lots of families and kids (it was 11:10am), a few people on laptops, parties of 2 talking, etc. Most importantly the baristas were informed, but not arrogant or aloof, the two I interacted with were friendly, and when I asked how the espresso was roasted, the female immediately answered “Medium”. And this was on a pretty busy morning with a line almost to the door. The coffee itself is very good (I paused drinking it to write this review before I forgot the details). I had an iced latte with oat milk and the proportions of espresso to milk and ice was perfect, something lots of places seem to struggle to get right. I will also add the price was somehow kept below $10, incl. tax, with an iced latte with oat milk and a scone, which was a nice surprise since often these days just adding oat milk at most good places pushes you up over $7 to even $8 at some places. My daughter has soccer practice nearby, so I will definitely be back, very soon again.

Weekly go to coffee spot. Cold brew is awesome and seeing all the doggo visitors is even better!

Coffee is average. Pastries sub-average. Staff is extremely rude and condescending. They treat you like they don’t have time for you. One corrected me on my pronunciation of “rooibos”. Turns out I’ve spent a ton of time in South Africa and she was the one that was incorrect!

Nice, warm and delightful atmosphere. Coffee is great and staff is super kind. Their almond croissant was delicious as well. I was so excited to have this coffee that i forgot to take a before picture lol Please come by and visit this cute coffee spot. Plus they roast coffee beans in the room so it smells like heaven.

Excellent lattes, both hot and iced. We’re coffee snobs and this shop rivals our favorites in Beacon (Big mouth coffee) and NYC (stumptown). They roast coffee on site and sell merch and other local goods as well. Highly recommend. Bonus for having good quality plastic straws…seriously cannot emphasize this enough!! I also love that they have simple syrup as many places only have white sugar, which does not dissolve in my iced drinks, as well as various powdered toppings (like cinnamon) at the creamer bar.

Always a great latte, and a tiny wait for the drink that's worth it. I especially enjoy the art on the walls.

We were in town for a little bit and this spot was on our list. Loved their Coffee and their Sipping Chocolate. Oh and their chocolate chip cookie!! Con: their wifi wasn't working and was trying to catch up on work 😅

The baristas here know what they are doing. The coffee is delicious and of great quality. I highly recommend the Coffee lab roster. We always buy our freshly toasted beans for our home. Also, they sell Balthazar's baked goods!
