Great place to eat!
Best pancakes and best service ever!! My family's favorite local eatery. Been coming here for over 18 years
TP's Cafe is at the heart of Stamford dining. Serving in the middle of town, in the middle of the day, you will see virtually every Stamford denizen filter in and out at some point. Delicious food with daily specials as well as regular menu options that consistently taste great.
The owner is very nice and the food is very good
awesome breakfast/brunch spot with insanely sized portions. seriously, you are not leaving hungry. prices are extremely fair.

i had never been to this town before and i’m glad to have stopped in T P’s. we were seated quickly, the employees were all so friendly, and the food was great. everyone eating there seemed like they were enjoying themselves. i would go again

What a wonderful place. I've been reading here since 2002 and have never been anything but pleased. Incredible food and good portions. If you haven't stopped here I suggest you change that ASAP.
Very good hometown sort of a place to stop by for food and friendliness. Everything was just the way I wanted it. The bathroom was super clean!!
Cash only... Just a heads up if you're used to using a card everywhere. There's an ATM inside, or at the bank around the corner. Anyway, well worth the visit for breakfast.

I ate here weekly for a couple of years while living in the area. I’ve eaten at many small diners in my lifetime and I’d have to say TP’s is the hands down the best. They are super clean, provide quick and friendly service, and have some of the best tasting food of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. Many items are made in house including their sandwich rolls. The pancakes are a trade-secret and for good reason. I usually had a custom sandwich made for me and the cook never complained and never missed a beat. It was delicious EVERY time. Thanks Pat! I miss eating there so much!
The omelette was delicious. Well taken care of by the waitress.
Staying in Prattsville for the weekend again. Looked for a place to have breakfast and not have to cook it myself. Found T P’s Cafe, it was a bit of a wait for a table, place was packed, even waited a little bit for our orders but darn was the wait well worth it. Food was great, and they kept refilling my coffee cup, i’m still slightly wired from it. Loved the place, loved the food, prices were more than reasonable and the service was second to none. Will surely be back many more times. The you everybody at T P’s.
No Air Conditioning. No Credit Cards. Close at 3:pm. Breakfast served all day. One Co-Ed bathroom that needed to be picked up. Food good - nothing special. Prices very reasonable. Limited outdoor seating. Probably would stop again but on a cooler day. In response to the owners reply: I felt your dissertation was quite defensive. If you look again at my review you will see I just concentrate on the facts. I rarely put my opinions in any of my reviews. Yes, I did say your food was good and Yes, I did say your prices were reasonable. And I also pointed out that you only had one bathroom BIG DEAL. I don’t care if your AC works, if you take credit cards, if you close at 3pm or if you have 20 bathrooms. My reviews are for the information for other potential customers so they know what to expect from your establishment. Have a nice day.
I am a resident near this place and come here often. Excellent place to eat and some of the best bacon I have ever had. Fresh baked goods and breads too. Gets pretty busy sometimes but the table turn over is fast. Do not pass it up. Good parking on the side streets, front of and behind the restaurant. There was a live band in the gazebo today. Nice safe Main st to stroll. And just a few block from the Catskill Scenic Rail Trail. Mt Utsayantha Fire Tower has spectacular views and wort a visit.
They took our order, then we saw 8 different families come, get served and pay/leave. We never got our food or even a coffee refill. They just kind of abandoned us.
Loved the cozy feeling, great service!! DELICIOUS food!! Amazing prices!!! Loved the pancakes, French toast, eggs and bacon — definitely will be recommending to others, and going back again!
