Great drinks, fun menu
Best coffee shops in Springville and Arcade ... The girl who served us was super sweet too!
I had to wait to be served in the first place. There was a line in the store and I was first in it, but the counter rep was busy in the kitchen. But I enjoyed my drink and the atmosphere in the store.
One of my all time favorite places to go for breakfast. Marg, Holly & Kelsey are all so kind and take good care of us even when they’re super busy. They even have our orders memorized which makes us feel so welcome.
Such a cute little place with great service! I will definitely be stopping again next time I'm in Springville! I had the sweet potato breakfast bowl and a vanilla iced coffee. Both were delicious!

This is my first time stopping at 49 Coffee House, but it won't be my last time. I only had a bubble tea on this stop, but next time, I'm going to have something to eat WITH my bubble tea.
Consistently good experience here! The avocado toast and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING.
It's like a hip little coffee shop with breakfast and brunch options. The waffles are delicious. A little pricey, but good quality.

The brown sugar latte is absolutely fantastic here. I wish I lived closer to this place so I could try more of their food and drinks. It’s a great space to study or work in. Great vibes all around!
