I've been going to Ambitions since the day it opened. Mark, owner and chef is the best in town and only employs good, hardworking friendly staff. The atmosphere is casual and funky fun. Go and enjoy a sandwich, a muffin, or a delicious meal like the Crabby Mark.

What a treat. First time there (although it's been there for quite awhile). We'll be back soon. Met the owner. Had a fantastic lunch. Quality. Great staff. Also place very eclectic and fun. Can't wait to go back. Go and enjoy.

Good breakfast. Great service. Not an atmosphere I appreciate, but definitely decorated on purpose.

We enjoyed an amazing lunch with superb service. My daughter had the Xanadu special while listening to Xanadu. Timing was perfect. This place is a gem. Candace was perfect! She checks all the boxes for wonderful service. We loved the unique sandwich options and everything was delicious. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie was my daughters fave!

Delicious breakfast with a cool vibe....the French omelette keeps me coming back over and over. And my goodness those boozy muffins are heavenly. Service is almost always great and the prices are perfect .

They would get a higher rating from me if they were open more hours. Great food and service, atmosphere and vibe!

Love Ambition for a Saturday or Sunday brunch stop. Try a boozy muffin you won’t be disappointed. I always go for the Bailey’s chocolate chip. Also find their bacon to be some of the best restaurant bacon around. We always look forward to brunch at Ambition!

Best breakfast sandwich you can find in Schenectady. I recommend it to everybody that asks for a nice place to eat in the area. I've gone multiple times never had a bad experience. Hands down greatest way to start your day in Schenectady. simply a must.

Wow what a cute spot to check out. I've lived in the area for a long time & don't know how I missed this place. What a creative, whimsical and delish establishment Ambition Coffee & Eatery is. 1st the decor must be seen... the artworks, the record wall & whimsy menu. Great food was served & excellent service by the staff. Stop by and enjoy yourself, I will again for sure.

Always a fun and funky experience. Been going here for years. The ham and brie sandwich was ok, but the chicken salad was excellent. My daughter loves the chai latte and said it wasn't overly sweet like most places

This place is adorably kitschy. The from the eclectic wall decor to the fun menu naming, it is a great place for a drink and relaxing meal. The staff was very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Bluffin' With my Muffin sandwich (not pictured), the pretzel bun was so soft and not too dense as some can be. My daughter ordered the Avocado Toast and declared it to be the best she has ever had, she was so impressed y the squeeze of lemon and sprouts (she lives in Long Island and has A.T. often) I had the eggs Benedict special and it was clear that it was made with love. The ham was delicious the hollandaise sauce was not gloopy and the home fries were well seasoned and actually crispy. I also had the hot chocolate and it was chocolatey deliciousness. The only negative about the place, my husband said the bathroom was reminiscent of a dive bar bathroom but I am not deducting any points because everything else was perfect.

I have visited this establishment on a couple of different occasions and it is an extremely inconsistent experience! My colleagues really love the food so we keep going back, but, they pay a different amount each week for the same meal.... They have also messed up their orders a couple of times (ex: paid extra for gluten free bread, didn't get it) and eventhough my colleagues keep going here because they are creatures of habit they have never received any type of compensation eventhough it was the establishments mistake and they paid extra. Something like a free drink or a $1 -$2 off next time would go a long way in good customer service, instead they tell my colleague she should have brought the sandwich back to have it remade. This would be a major inconvenience and we usually dont have a long enough lunch break to do all that nonsense. Additionally, I've tried to get an iced coffee or iced latte from here on a couple of different occasions. I just asked for a flavoring in my iced coffee/latte or I asked for one of the specials on the board and I've received drip coffee and paid $4-$7 with no flavoring or any type of milk. Its just frustrating to pay for something and not get way you expect from, and it's a constant gamble at this establishment in my experience.

Imagine 90’s McDonald’s prices with the quality of Panera. Great food. Great staff. Incredible prices! $3 for a hot bacon/egg/cheese sandwich on wheat toast ready in under 5 min? That’s insanely cheap, and it’s really good.

A great place for a boozy brunch in downtown Schenectady. The food and drink options are great, as are the servings. I like that I don't leave the table feeling stuffed, or hungry. The drink menu is great, as are the drinks themselves. I've been here several times, and the drinks can be either well poured or a little light depending on the time/day. Still, I've yet to have a bad experience and/or be disappointed. The service is good, and the food comes out pretty quick. I like that I can come here and be social, or alone to read a book while I'm enjoying my meal. Definitely my brunch place of choice.
