I was treated extremely rudely by the owner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m a delivery driver and I was waiting to take food to one of your customers how would I not take up space when I have to wait for and order to be prepared? I was sitting at a table that said “Doordash pickup” and had 4 chairs at it. If you “hate doordashers” as much as you said perhaps don’t offer the service or have the food prepared on time so the drivers taking food to your customers don’t have to wait. You could have been polite like I always have been when I was there.
If the owner responds to this with an explanation then I will consider removing the one star. I spent a lot of time trying to get to this place and it was difficult to find, and then when I show up within the hours it's locked with no signs indicating what's going on. Hours show 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, and I showed up at 11:35 a.m, totally closed, locked door, no one inside. Btw Google Maps tells you that this place is located in the alley and it's not! It's on the main road, Broadway. Also to the owner, please notify Google maps of this issue.
Stumbled upon Broadway Grind this morning and what a happy surprise this place turned out to be. The staff is so so sweet, the coffee is fantastic and the food is off the charts yummy. This place is a 10/10!! We will back.....Often :-)

Great coffee that doesn’t need cream or sugar and you can tell the food is made with love
Nice ambience friendly staff. Out of multiple types of non-dairy milks, out of cold brew coffee. Tried to order multiple different things before settling on a staff recommendation that just didn't hit the spot.
Unique planters on tables with coffee beans! Real flatware would preferred over plastic.
No crowds, quality, cleanliness
Whenever I'm in Saratoga this is my go to for breakfast. Great food, better coffee, fast service and really friendly staff who seem to enjoy their jobs
I don't do many reviews but this food was really good. It's definitely home made. The croissant 🥐 sandwich was one of the best I've had. 😁
I never do this. But, today was the last straw. Since they opened they are always out of something. Whether it is avocado, chicken, salad, a certain kind of lettuce or the service. I get a 30 minute lunch. Today I walked in. No one in there. Except the hentleman at the counter and two people outside waiting in their sandwiches. I order a wrap at 1pm. About 110 pm, the cashier walks out to deliver two sandwiches to the ladies outside. He says, it should be a couple mins for yours. Well, the time turns to 118pm. I asked if he knew how much longer it would be. He goes out back and checks and came back and said she's on the phone and hasn't started it yet. So, I asked for a refund. Uncalled for. I now, have learned to not give them another chance. Don't waste your time or money. Edit.. no you weren't bawling.. I could hear you laughing and talking away.
Always great coffee - great treats and tasty food. Cozy cute place - extremely friendly staff!! Everything fresh. Don't let the lower level fool you bright and vibrant inside.
I got the classic cob salad and if you look at what’s in it you can see that there is corn. I hate corn in my salad but when I had this it was so good just the right amount of everything and I could eat the corn and their ice coffee was so good everything. I would totally come back 100 percent and the chicken was grilled perfectly!

From out of town and stopped by here a couple days very cool place great service and the food was fresh and made to order. Coffee products are made to order and had great taste. Stop by if you are in town.

Best breakfast burrito in town, hands down, pens down, boogie down. Great and friendly service, excellent old brew.
This place instantly became my go-to breakfast and coffee spot in town. The breakfast burrito is always perfect, and the lunch wraps are great as well. I often find myself ordering coffee, breakfast, and lunch all in one shot because I can’t decide what I want. Such a great addition to downtown Saratoga!
We have gotten breakfast here a couple of times and our experience has been consistently excellent. The food is very good (the avocado toast is not your average avocado toast, believe me), the coffee is great, and the staff is very friendly.
