I love the ice cream here.
Horrible service was refused service by a girl that had her friend hanging out at cash register over a tear in my $20 bill . Was completely there not a single number missing on the bill . Luckily the next Byrne dairy I went to didn’t have any issues. A bill with all number is legal tender should not of been refused
It wasn't what I ordered
Prices on some of their items are ridiculous. You expect to pay a little more in a store like this vs. a large supermarket chain like Walmart, but some of their items are borderline criminal/scalper type prices. This is one of the few places open 24 hrs. in Rome - So I think they take advantage of that and gouge you because they know you have nowhere else to go. It's also loaded with lowlife cliental and drunks after hrs. I would stop in here sometimes after work around 3 or 4 am and regret it every time. I try my best to avoid this place at all costs unless absolutely necessary.
John was very helpful and informative about the quality and standards of Byrne Dairy's deli. I was already a big fan of their Italian sandwich, but his attention to detail and genuine passion for his job was extremely noticeable and made my visit today abover average. Thank You!

I was in one morning and had someone named brandi i was cashing out she was very rude and made me feel unwanted and when asked for a bag just tossed one at me... Will not be returning please get new staff...
Nice store. My son and I visited them this time last year and they were very nice and friendly. Our subs were delicious also.
bad service, horrible food. employees are incredibly arrogant and rude. i'd give this a zero if i could.
I get off work late so always stop by to grab some food and I am always satisfied!!! I also love when the overnight staff they are friendly and the one girl Tasha she always makes my food fresh and knows my sandwich by heart..
Good place to get a quick snack or drink. I like getting milk in glass bottles. I think it tastes better and reusable bottles are better for the environment
i go there several times per week and they never have bags to carry my goods i have asked them time after time if they could get bags they usually roll their eyes and ignore me if it don't change i will shop somewhere else .not happy
Ordered a supreme pizza and wings on door dash. It arrived and it was pepperoni and sausage pizza. Won't be ordering anything else anytime soon
Overnighters are amazing go above and beyond even when dealing with a busy store, Rome Location is outstanding
Night shift on Thursdays doesn't answer calls for orders constantly picks up the phone and hangs up super unsatisfying customer service rome locatons
Only 1 person working after midnight on a holiday. The employee working definitely needs a raise running the entire place by himself. With no help. Tons of customers lined up while this guys cooking food making shakes n what ever else he has to do..

I absolutely adored the sundaes here, until twice in a row I got multiple pieces of plastic AND hair in my sundaes. Twice was just too many chances to give, sadly.
