Took my family here and ordered and they had no idea how to use their square POS machine. Left with no food and bad experience.

Placed an order for delivery. They gave me the complete wrong order. The food was NOT edible. And I had to throw it away.

The Greek fries seem to be missing the green in them . The sandwiches to egg ratio is terrible

This place is so hit or miss. They often mess up orders which is rough if you have dietary restrictions. I have been given non-vegan items on multiple occasions which has resulted in getting sick. Most of the time when I go there are aspects of my order that are missing. The coffee is usually pretty good and when they get the food right it is good. I would just be wary if you have dietary restrictions. I really wanted to like this place because it is so cute :( I just cant deal with getting sick half the time I go there

What a gem! Great latte and breakfast sandwich. Service was excellent as well. So cute with lots of goodies (edible and not) to shop. Small amount of seating inside and super kid-friendly (think toys and kid size tables avaliable to use) outside has picnic table and corn hole. Great choice for families.

I order from here ALOT through GrubHub, and anytime I visit in person it is so cozy. Their breakfast Sammies and frappes are my absolute favorite. It's hard for me to eat a breakfast sandwich anywhere else! It was so sweet of you guys to call about the Taro frappe, my sister can't have dairy, so thank you so much for giving us matcha instead! We were all in a mood here today, your food always cheers us up 😊

Great food crafted from fresh local ingredients. The salty bread is amazing! It has cute locally made products, and edible trays as well as baked goods and Rochester's Fizz Soda is sold here, too. I often use the website to pre-order while at work, but the menu is even greater inside. This is an anomaly, but 9n3 Saturday our order was quite a bit different than expected from the online order system. But they were quick to correct my co-workers Superior Sammie and all was well. On our dine-in experience day, I can say we found a clean and thoughtfully decorated restroom. We passed over them, but they have cute jars of small candies for 10¢ or 25¢ a piece, as well as very tempting cookies, baguette pizzas, and locally crafted stickers, toys, and more. It's just a great blend of tiny boutique and cafe. My son ordered the pizza bagel. Fresh, ooey-gooey cheese, a bright tomato sauce, some pepperoni and it was very filling for him (at 10 yrs. old that is saying something 😆). I had a BLT on this occasion. It was nice, thick bacon, tasty sourdough bread and after a hike at the nearby trail it was a satisfyingly filling without being heavy. I have yet to try any of their amazingly creative coffee drinks, but the mango smoothie my son ordered was perfect. Not too sweetened, but brilliant with fresh mango and neither too thick or too thin. Also, we were delighted that it comes dairy -free naturally, but they do have nutmilk options for their not wishing for milk products with their drinks. I highly recommend this lovely gem of a cafe. Check out their vintage camper-turned-coffeehouse on wheels. It's adorable and wonderfully retro. I have heard of the owners heart for local non-profits, too. They do what they can to help out with ROC area projects in certain seasons or year round, I'm not yet sure. They are just such wonderful people who have Created a safe haven... * for the Penfield road neighborhoods to walk to and be apart of community, *for kids who can have a snack

VEGAN OPTIONS!!!! Thank you for having a great menu for vegans. The breakfast sandwiches were soooo good. Definitely should have gotten the salty roll instead of subbing for a bagel.

Excellent coffee and desserts. Not sure if it’s the same owners as the previous deli that was here but we’ve been here twice now and both times have been pleasantly surprised. Excellent coffee shop, keep doing what you’re doing.

I’ll never return to this place. The place is run by kids, not clean, shelves with products are dusty. I ordered a panini thinking the sandwich would be served hot. I was served a panini that came right out of the fridge that was ice cold. Not pressed on a panini press at all and seemed to have been sitting around already made. I’d rather just eat at home than waste my money here.

This is the second time that I came here. Their lattes are amazing. The sitting space is a bit tight but cozy.

Food was good, had lots of gluten free options. It was winter and it was freezing in the little seating area. Had to keep our coats on. But it is a great little neighborhood cafe!

Whenever I ordered something they forgot my order but other than that the food is great. Gluten-free and vegan options are great. The place is a bit small though but very cute.

We love Tree Town but were very disappointed with 2 sandwiches we ordered today, the Forest Hill Chickpea wrap and the Burrows Hill Chickpea wrap. Very, very thin layer of chickpea and mostly lettuce and very little flavor. We are happy to support Tree Town but these sandwiches were not up to par and pricey ($11.50).
