The atmosphere here is so cozy. It truly feels like a safe haven where everyone is welcome. The cinnamon hazelnut iced coffee was SO good! I can't wait to return here! The staff is amazing, the vibe is amazing, the coffee is amazing... No complaints here!

Comfy cafe with a great drink and sandwich selection, ample seating, and friendly staff. It's spacious enough that you can find a corner to hunker down and get some work done to the pleasant background soundtrack. The decor is welcoming and brimming with pride. Wifi: Free password protected 2.4 GHz wifi Parking: The lot is a bit cramped, but there's a number of spots.

We came in from out of town for a procedure at the hospital, and we were recommended this place by my brother who lives in the area. Oh. My. God. Upon arrival, we were recommended the Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappe ( I elected for white chocolate) by the self-titled Bean Boy. And we got some breakfast sandwiches. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The atmosphere was definitely very serene, with the standard hustle and bustle you hear at every coffee shop. Compliments were tossed everywhere about everything by the staff and the patrons again. If I could give this place 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. ❤️

Not a coffee person so can't judge that. Tea was good, understaffed when I was there so service was super slow, but not a problem if you're not in a rush. Nice atmosphere, lots of fun games available to play! Bathroom sink water was freezing.

Nice spot to stop for a spot of coffee and a snack. Meet your friend and friendly service. Check out the entertainment when they have it.

A home away from home to some. Friendly staff create an inclusive atmosphere, and happy customers mingle in a safe environment. I love everything about this place. I try to go almost every day. 💙

Great, true locally owned coffee House, with old school coffee House vibe and service! Wi-Fi available! Don't know about the food, baked goods looked really yummy. Only had coffee which was great!

Had wanted to go to Equal Grounds for a while and this rainy afternoon I thought would be perfect to get a coffee, snack and read for a bit. Went into the shop and was totally ignored, I was the only person in line and there were two people behind the counter. I waited a bit and then just left, went to SPOT Coffee, was greeted right away and taken care of wonderfully. Equal Grounds needs to have it's employees go through Customer Service training. What is so difficult about saying Hi, Welcome and will be with you in a moment? Anyway not looking to go back. Actually No stars since no service but needed to post.

It was good here but their Chai is a powdered chai that has milk in it which was a bit upsetting. They do not have this advertised somewhere and as someone with a milk allergy I would have liked to know before I paid for it and drank some of it. They were kind enough to get me something else though.

Nice cozy cafe to relax or do some work. The staff is great, and I love that they have oat milk!

Was I too straight to be helped? If so, that would be hilarious for a place named "equal grounds". Eventually I got my food and coffee. Coffee was a little above Starbucks level, but nothing fantastic.
