This was a super cute place. We stumbled onto it on accident but I'm so happy we did. It's a super cute and small place, they serve coffee as well as alcohol and food. It's small but it's a cool vibe, also very quiet if that's what you're looking for!
Maybe call ahead before attempting this place. The store hours are posted and the open sign is on, but the doors are locked at 2pm. Another reviewer also mentioned that they were confused why the store was locked in the middle of the day with no explaination.
Great coffee but the gentleman that waited on me made me feel like he didn't want me there. Probably because I was wearing work clothes. I had paint on my clothes lol It was dry.
Nice atmosphere, folding chairs are extremely hard. Not comfortable

Great atmosphere friendly staff also has Wi-Fi available. Comfortable for college students that are studying. Close to hotels and Hospital. Unbelievable refreshments and coffee. Has salsa one day on the weekend. Available for parties. Owner is wonderful.
Terrible customer service! Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got the order it was wrong. Waited 15 minutes to tell someone that the order was wrong. Cashier had on headphones so he couldn't hear customers when he was in the back.

Been here twice now and its been mixed. First time came in as a party of 3 on a Saturday morning, we all got coffee and sandwiches but only one person was working and it took over 15 minutes for the food and coffee to get to us. In that time 3 other parties came in and 2 of them left before being served. More than one person should really be working. But, the food was so good and the coffee was honestly some of the best I have had in a long time. Better than Javas. Second time came on a Sat morning again but by myself. No one in front of me but clearly only one person working again. Had to wait to order but had pretty prompt service otherwise. Coffee was alright, milk a little too cold and the shots a bit too short. Will 100% be coming back. 100% reccomend, just be patient. Staff is friendly and hardworking. Scheduling just needs a little work.

I really love this place when it’s open but I’ve used it twice now for meetings, during its posted hours of operation, and it has been inexplicably closed. I have no idea what the regular hours are supposed to be and it’s awful to schedule meetings and have the location be closed for no apparent reason.
Cute coffee shop in the 19th ward is how I'd describe this place. I didnt go there for the coffee nor muffins/bagels but I was pleasantly surprised by its ambiance & menu. I went for a family event/show called "We are BETTER together".Although it was a night event they still offered its menu which I thought to be pretty cool. I had some frozen strawberry-ish beverage I'm sorry but I cannot recall the name ,well not bcz I cant recall it but bcz my sister went to the counter & ordered it for me based on my saying something fruity or frozen and she kinda mixed the two. It was VERY GOOD. I'd definitely recommend it if I knew its name lol idk maybe u could say creamy strawberry frozen goodness🤣🤷🏽♀️..Hey I tried. Anywho if ur in the 19th ward and want a quick cup of coffee & bagel/muffin (or frozen beverage) stop on in theres ample parking in the back.

Has a nice, open area for sitting with comfortable couches and has a stage for live performances. They also serve alcohol if you'd like a shot in your coffee, and there is enough room for parking in the back just off of Plymouth. Nice to have a local coffee place on the west side.
Warm atmosphere and lovely service. Will definitely be returning!

Wife and I were walking and thought to swing in .... we waited 24 minutes before someone came to take our order ( we are the only people in here) guy comes out and just looked at us as if he was waiting on us the whole time
