Tips for things to eat at Kuhars: - Anything with an poached egg. - Anything with their meat. - Anything they say "there's just one more" of. - Anything with a word you've never heard like "rouladen", definitely eat that. - Anything in the freezer. - Anything on the counter. - Anything.

Great little family. Run place. Tho the menu is small it is powerful! Best avocado toast I've ever had. And fantastic Bloody Mary's. Super friendly atmosphere. We'll certainly return.

About as close as you can get to a farm cooked meal. This place is down to earth-no nonsense with food that’s simply delicious. You will find the best burgers here, a couple of varieties, the best I’ve had in quite along time. There are a couple of other offerings but the burgers are the main event! They serve wine, beer, & Softdrinks. The atmosphere is more noisy college dorm cafeteria, rather spartan and utilitarian, you even put your tray at the dishwasher window when done. All in all, this is a must experience diner out.

We accidentally stumbled across this farm on the way back to our Airbnb after hiking through nearby preserve. It was late in the day, and the cafe was already closed. Although we didn’t eat or buy anything at this farm, I am giving it five stars simply because the roadside farm stand with veggies and t-shirts had a sign on it: “Broke? Take anything you need!” Very human!

One of the best burgers I have ever had! If you are in the area, it would be a shame to not give them a try.

I found this gem of a place in March 2020 whilst visiting upstate New York from England, with my then soon-to-be girlfriend and it was just AWESOME. The people who run it are friendly and the food itself is delicious. You’ve got to try the biscuits, they’re not what you’d expect and simply amazing! I’ve never seen a place like this in my life. We didn’t have any cash on us (the restaurant was cash only) and the owner let us pop an envelope under the door the next day. I felt safe and welcome here, also love the beer!

The Micah burger is amazing. Local grass-fed beef, white cheddar, caramelized onions, and pesto mayo, on a brioche bun

Fantastic food. We had the goat chimichangas and the vegetable enchiladas. Wish we ordered more so that we could eat them again tomorrow!
