Negative 5 stars. The card reader was so high we can't see when it's completed transaction, when I touched to see after inserting my card, the server- who was incidentally an African American stated yelling, don't touch it, I said OK, we can't see, where is it written- don't touch it, he said it's expensive, and turned away. Micro aggressions, No eye contact, no good manners- perhaps the culture where he grew up. Felt that its like A very bad racist type tone and expression. Lesson- Don't let anybody ruin your day- learnt. I have encountered many AAs who are nice, very good friends. I wish people are not present at these food locations, just robots, no people interacting at all, tired of it. Simple things made complex by us, people, I am sure robots have issues. But the mundane jobs needs to people less. Who cares about food, people are the problem, if people and food are good then it's a great place, if people are low class from any race, then food doesn't taste good. Machines only, no people is one problem eliminated.
Inconsistent, but the coffee is usually pretty good.
First time there was good. Second time, they charged $8 for an almond milk double white chocolate mocha. Unfortunately, I was given a single shot with regular milk, resulting in an allergic reaction.

Shockingly good chili! Whole beans, sliced bell pepper, ground beef, little bit of spiciness to give it heat. With a simple, no-nonsense hot dog on the side? What a treat!
Don’t get food
Best Chilli and mac/cheese u can find. Chilis got a kick but still amazing.

Usually staff is not rude but I guess asking can I please get my food is not a good idea, being snapped at that someone is getting it and no one was, but it was sitting on counter instead, then your food literally tossed down on the counter instead of handing it to you and saying sorry about the delay Well their food is not very good at all and now either is the service so the snack shop down the hall or Amtrak will get that money now that was spent there often Easily solved problem don’t go there it’s not worth it
Plain and simple it’s not good, but if you are very hungry it is better than nothing. Very low grade cafeteria food. The staff seem to care a little bit so I think 2 stars rating is fair.
