Great staff, big open windows make the place really open up. Good crowd. Strong iced coffee. Vegan spinach pie is better than the std one IMO.
I wish I could do 5 stars for this place but ..I couldn’t. They should keep the outside of the place in a better cleaning condition.tons tons of cigarettes end that is insane.they know they customers smokes it should be always clean.👎🏽

Place was good. Just be careful, we met with two ppl who pretended to be friendly but really were just trying to promote a MLM for Amway (referred to some guy named Vinny). Recommend the coffee shop though!

It was a nice cozy place! The matcha tea and a donut I got was so so but I'd come back for the place to chill! The train sound is a bit loud though.
They have two locations one in Astoria and one in Whitestone both are great. They have grab and go items such spinach pies, sandwiches and deserts. My favorite is the potato pie, it's something you usually just find when in Greece and the bougatsa is tasty! The coffee is excellent you can tell it's been carefully sourced and roasted. Service is fast and employees are pleasant. Update the Astoria location has moved a few doors down to the corner which is much bigger. I see some new items such as sandwiches and small desert cakes.
Loved the coffee and the pastries—the environment is a bit loud since it’s right next to the subway.

Great hip coffe spot in Astoria.
Under Pressure is my favorite coffee shop in Astoria. They have excellent coffee and chai lattes as well as wide selection of muffins, pastries, and greek classics. The baristas are all very friendly and it is a great atmosphere with a lot of seating and huge windows. My husband and I have made it our go to coffee date spot.
Good cappuccino. Although I would prefer medium size to have 3 doses of cappuccino instead of 2 like the small one with just more milk
