Their coffee is amazing!
We were there for a celebration of life for my aunt and uncle who passed away during covid time. Food was very good and the service was great. It was a perfect small venue for our gathering.
Amazing coffeeshop to just hang out and get some work done! Harper Lee (dog) is clearly the best part of coming here
The coffee was wonderful and the barista was very pleasant. We were unsure but the place is dog friendly! We did not have food this time but will definitely be back to try some!
Such a cute little coffee house. The staff are always so welcoming and the drinks/food are delicious. It is such a great atmosphere anytime I have visited and they have amazing lattes. This is my favorite place in Rochester for coffee!
We recently held my daughter’s bridal shower at Neutral Ground and it was fantastic. Communication and planning with Sherry was easy and she offered many suggestions and options for the day. The food (we did a brunch) was delicious and the service was impeccable. We received many compliments from our guests and would highly recommend this venue for your event.
I will never visit this establishment again. Today my wife and I went for brunch and we ordered "the barge" breakfast burrito. I took them over to the table after waiting 30mins and immediately noticed a hair in my wife's burrito. She is easy going and understands sometimes things like that happen and let it go. Well I get to my second half of my burrito and sure enough a hair inside it. I couldn't even believe it I was so disgusted I immediately walked out. I was so annoyed at that point and there was a line that I didn't even bother going up to the counter to complain Two burritos we ordered and both had hair. Unacceptable and disgusting to say the least. My other complaint was the burrito description says it had hash browns. Instead ours had huge chunks of undercooked/raw potatoes. Just all around a horrible experience that was a waste of $30. *Update* the owner’s response is laughable it truly shows how unprofessional this “small business” is. Ignoring the fact that other reviews stated the same thing with the raw potatoes, ignoring the clear picture of the hair inside the burrito and wanting to say it’s “suspect” of me paying $30. Okay so let’s do the math 2x burritos is $18 plus the two coffees we bought at $4.75 each add that up plus tax it’s around $30. So again it’s just showing how instead of the owner fixing the issue or acknowledging my experience in a professional manner they would rather be immature and resort to calling a customer a “jerk”. That’s the epitome of a bad business owner and not a place I would ever give my business nor would I recommend anyone give them their business. If you can’t take constructive criticism maybe try something else.
Great place, and the best part is that you can bring your dog!
Such a warm welcoming place with a great menu!
Great atmosphere, dog-friendly, and simply good people in their. I’d highly recommend the Towpath if you’re not on a diet, it’s amazing. But really the best perk of this place is how chill it is, it attracts all sort of very nice people!
Beautiful place with friendly service and great coffee. Definitely drop by if you are in the area!
Outstanding!
We love this place! We come every few weeks on our morning canal walk and the food and coffee are great, and our dog is welcome. Definitely a great addition to Pittsford!
Staff was friendly and courteous- food was great, I had The Pittsford, great lattes too. They also are dog friendly.
Delicious coffee and baked goods and we love the location right by the canal. Great place to sit and enjoy outside and even in winter when not freezing.
Our new find! Great atmosphere in a great location on the canal. Excellent lattes and breakfast!
Neutral grounds, unfortunately gets a less than neutral rating. Barge burrito had raw potatoes but I was too hungry to care at the time. Ambiance was nice—friend enjoyed peppermint mocha
All day breakfast I recommend the lift bridge on a bagel
Great food made to order, coffee exactly how you want it, and friendly courteous service. What else could you ask for?
We stopped in on a whim , nice selection of coffee, and local juices and milks . The menu was small, but the food was great. It went with the barge burrito, eggs , potatoes, and sausage. Very filling any very tasty. The pastry selection was a little light , but it might have just been the wrong time of year as it was late fall . If you're taking a walk on the canal, definitely stop in.
